My misfortune of picking up 3 nails in my front tire the other day and was after hours. I decided might as well replace both tires. I had to act quick as I commute daily on my bike. While I was not able to get my tires from this dealer, I did use them for the install. Extremely friendly Service Department. Dropped bike off at 11am. Went to bank and to lunch and popped in at 12:30 and picked it up. They got right on it as they promised. Have just returned to serious biking in the last year and started going here for service issues. By far this is the friendliest, best staffed, and most professional motorcycle dealer in Memphis. Ben is a salesperson on the floor who has always spent time with me discussing the aspects of the bikes I like, and even after I have said I would not be buying for a while. This is great as I feel welcome there and know that I will be greeted by a staff that has the knowledge and truly seems to enjoy their jobs. At some of the competitors I did not receive anything close to this professional and upbeat reception. It was also reassuring that a mechanic I talked to on his break said their service window stays the same year round as far as wait time while down the street I was told by a competitor it would be three weeks before they could look at my bike since it was summer. While I have not bought a bike there yet as I have always had used bikes, and after four years in Memphis riding and seeking out parts and advice as well as service, there is no doubt Honda/Yamaha on Mt. Moriah is the place I am given the most respect as a walk in customer. They also have easily the most bikes on the floor and the biggest service garage of any dealer in the 901 Memphis zip code. To me this is the place to buy a bike in town.
I just purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. I had the pleasure of working primarily with Steve Bizon. I highly recommend him and this dealership - working with him felt like working with a friend more than working with a salesperson. There was no pressure, he worked with me on my sales price, and he made sure I got all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Steve was very helpful and very thorough. I also worked with Young Lee (the sales manager) and PT (I forget his last name) in finance. Both were very well-informed, and PT also made the finance part of the deal easy and without a lot of pressure. I get that they are salespeople and trying to make a living, but I really appreciate that the guys I worked with at Wolfchase Hyundai recognized that I was informed and were willing to work with me to get a great deal on the exact car (features, accessories, color, etc) I wanted.
I was on the hunt for a new vehicle in November. As soon as I walked on to the lot and met David, he went above and beyond in helping me find my perfect car. He wasn't your average cheesy, fake car sales man. He was patient and understanding, as well keeping the experience light and fun. He made sure to find the best deal, working endlessly with Sam, the finance manager, in getting me the ultimate best deal for my financial situation. Sam was amazing as well. He worked and worked with banks to find me the right rates. He explained things into common language understanding, provided me with the information I needed to understand what I was getting into and any extra protection I may need for my vehicle. Both Sam and David followed up with me weeks later asking how I was enjoying my vehicle and if I had any questions.
This was the third New bike I have bought from them in the past two years. Emily, Greg, and Ron could not have done a better job than they did. I had been looking at the 2016 GL1800 for a long time and finally decided to go for it. On 3-18-17 I rolled into the dealership around 2:00 to look again, but this time I brought my other bike in. Even though they were very busy, the had time to take care of all of the customers. By 5:00, I had traded in the one I rode in on and was riding out on the new 2016 GL1800. what an amazing ride! as I have said before, do not waste your time with any other dealer in the Tri State area, just come here. Several of my friends and their friends have done and will continue to do business here. Thanks again.
I'm not sure what it is with me and nails...picked up a nail in my rear motorcycle tire somehow, however it was sideways. Called service dept to check on a tire in stock just in case we pulled the nail and it deflated tire. Took it here and they pulled the bike and put on rack. Meanwhile was sure I was going to have to purchase tire, thinking the worst. They came into showroom floor where I was with the nail and said "your in luck". No leak or damage to the tire. I was in and out in 20mins and No Charge to look at it. Great dealership in my book!
I went in just to see what options were available due to my 2010 Equinox consuming oil. I found myself going to the service department frequently and I was able to trade in my 2010 to a BRAND new 2015 Equinox! First new car I have ever owned. John was fantastic, even had time to answer questions on his off day. John was very professional and patient. He even went an extra mile to fulfill a couple of request for me. I would recommend going to Jim Keras Chevrolet if your looking to purchase a vehicle.
I bought a grizzly 700 from them I dealt with Emily on the phone and Michael when I got there. They were both awesome to deal with and later found out they were the owner and general manager. I have been back several time since for maintance and warranty work. All ways great customer service. I would highly recommend them. I called the tri state area and no one could beat there prices. Great people I will be back!!!!
I would like to thank Gwatney Mazda of Germantown and Barbara for helping me with my new Suv! I bought my CX-9 with Gwatney Mazda and it was a great experience. Barbara was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions. After spending all week talking with other dealships I felt most at home there. I've purchased two cars for my family. used of cars of course. 2007 Honda Odyssey & 2001 Chevy Tahoe. when i purchased those cars, they were as is, no warranty of course. The salesman let me drive the car around for a couple of days before i bought the cars. there were minor issues , but everything was solved and taken car of . i will recommend all my friends and family to them..
