I have had been a client of East Memphis Electrolysis for several years. I initially started going to have the hair on my underarms removed. I was so satisfied with the results and the service that I continued and have now had my my bikini line, upper legs, upper lip, and eyebrows completed. I am so thankful for this permanent hair removal because I never have to think about shaving or tweezing ever again. I highly recommend East Memphis Electrolysis.

Ughh..been coming to this place for the last 8 months and the last visit was a disappoint...the male there was very rude becuz my gel polish chipped within 3-4 days...I wasn't upset..it's apart of the nail business, it happens sometimes..you don't have to be a d!ck abt it.....Signed....You've lost a customer

This was my 2nd visit to this electrolysis center and the first time my visit was of excellence. On today Saturday June 10th the service by Karen was terrible and thr best I can describe it is patch work. My customer information card was missing that was filled out the first time and when I asked about the missing information Karen just advised in a unconcerned manner not to worry about but it and just asked for my phone number and I volunteered the important information. I called back and left a message advising that I wanted to cancel my next 2 week appointment due to services/treatment and all Karen said was I understand. True customer service businesses believe in true customer service and are not just money grubbing. If you just wanted a donation then say so. I had recommended this place to many people of various backgrounds due there being only one electrolysis cente in Central Arkansas but I gladly informed them to look for other means to suffice for this need.

This is the most wonderful kind caring group of people I have ever met. I came in about three years ago with horrible psoriasis. The doctor Who treated me before make sure he never touched me that did not give me a lot of confidence. From the nurses to the nurse practitioners and dr. Turner on my first visit I came out of there with a lot of Hope. They treated me as well as this Insidious disease. I was a person to them.By the time I got to dr. Turner's office I had lost all my fingernails toenails and skin on the bottom of my feet. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and very depressed. At this time I am growing fingernails again and my psoriasis is much more manageable thanks to dr. Turner Lori Easley and the rest of the great staff.I would urge anybody with a serious skin problem to go to Mid-South Dermatology. Psoriasis is tough but 'mid Dermatology is tougher. I can never thank them enough for what they have done and how they have treated me.Thanks againDavid Johnson

I've been going here since they first opened! I was there their first day of business and I love them! Saani is the best and I ALWAYS get compliments on my eyebrows!

Great experience and I will be back.Friendly and helpful employees I recommend you try it out if you are in need of a good stress relief.

The folks working in this "SPA" are dirty, unprofessional and do not know how to cut hair. - The Store is dirty, my baby girl wanted to play in the floor, the floors are filthy.- The girl who cut my hair smells really bad (probably did not bathe for a month)- The service is terrible, they do not know how to cut hair- The price is extremely high even as compared to high end saloons- The girls pressure you to tip even though the service is terrible- Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Very classy hotel. Every morning and evening they roll out the red carpet and ducks walk into the fountain in the morning and out in evening. They all live on the roof. Great stores inside lobby. One is where Elvis bought his shirts.

Mariam gives a great haircut. I would not go anywhere else.
