The Green beans are GREAT!!!! The black eyed peas were too sweet for my taste. The people that work there are HONEST, NICE & GRACIOUS. My husband and I enjoyed our dining experience while there but the food needs to be warmer when served. THX

This company is the worst company to ever work for. They are very unprofessional and lack communication skills.They don't care about ememployees and with them treating them so horribly I wouldn't entrust my loved ones in their care. Don't consider working here. Please find a company that cares about both the employees and patients.
Gary Milam is a crook. HOA fee is a joke ....ongoing maintenance my a**... I bought my property in 2012 and have had nothing but problems when dealing with Gary Milam he is lazy, disrespectful, and dishonest. I am reporting him and Community Management to BBB....The lawn care is done by drug addicts...if done at all my back yard hasnt been touched since i been here....and the trash build up over drains during storms causes floods...Memfaxman review probably was written by Gary Milam or someone that works for Community Management listen to the way they explain the condos sound like a salesman right...attractive landscaping haha that's funny....and I pay my HOA fee so don't believe the hype although they will try to say you haven't paid so keep receipts or better still pay with debit/credit card so it will be easy to prove, again Gary Milam is a crook and would love to steal your property .....I am currently a resident in good standing and will continue to fight with them on improving my investment which probably wont get solved without legal action and the removal of Gary Milam.
I recently acquired my Condo. I have paid all my fees. Have constantly called to be given info on when my HOA fees are due. Have not been contacted or given any information as a new owner. This past week my Condo flooded and as we tried to clean it and remove water damaged carpet etc. I called Gary Milam and he was rude, refused to listen or assist in any way and would not answer any of my concerns. I would like to know when the Condo meetings are held and would like to address the Board of Condo Association. I feel that the lawn is an eye sore, the debris is allowed to accumulate and no one removes it from over drains and when it rains it floods my condo because it cannot go into sewer drain. I asked Mr. Milam about getting maintenance to remove debris and he wouldn't even listen and said he is the person to speak to if you have a complaint. I am going to write Better Business Bureau, and other agencies to see if agencies in Memphis can assist me. I have been trying for over a month to get someone to help me and to keep our condo so it would be a decent place for our families but with Gary Milam as the Manager you get nothing but insults, disrespect and a bad attitude and no help or answers to any questions. The landscaping is atrocious and the condo is in disrepair and needs regular maintenance. Light fixtures and outside lights are not replaced or repaired and when it rains water stands on the lawn and you must wade through it to get into your Condo. Shame and disgrace.
I tried a well known company (which cost me more) and the caregivers were not showing up. Finally frustrated fired them and hired Peace of Mind and it was the best thing I ever did. I can count on them and truly help me take care of my loved one.
This is the best hospice company EVER. Everybody was so helpful and nice. They really understood what I was going thru with my father ( Randy Phillips) I would like to thank everyone on this staff so much. You all made it so easy for me walking me thru this and help me and my family. GOD BLESS.
