Nice people until you have a problem. When that happens, it will somehow become your problem, no matter how much money you spent. Bought a new computer from them and when it failed they tried to charge me for a misdiagnosis and ineffective repair then wanted to send it to the manufacturer for "10 to 14 days" and charge me again for copying and restoring my data. Computer was still under warranty. Very unsatisfied.

I asked to have Windows 10 Pro installed, pictures, documents, and bookmarks saved. KC illegally installed a refurbished version of Windows 10, and bad software. I subsequently have had to take my system to a reputable repair shop, and pay to have a legitimate, new, legal version of Windows 10 installed, as well as updated, functioning drivers and software. I contacted KC twice when I returned home, as the system wasn't functioning properly, and he hung up in my face.
I took my computer to these guys and they did a fantastic job. I had my computer back in less than 3 days and the pit extra spyware on for free. The customer service was friendly and the sales rep was very helpful. I highly recommend them for an affordable computer repair job

Strange company... I called to find out about high speed DSL. Without any inquiry on her part she shared that she could not help me reasoning was that "they serve only certain customers".... whatever that means. I would serve any customer that had the money myself, but thats just me. They are also a check cashing store??? ...even tho it states "Easy PC" above the door???? I am so confused by them.
Flagship is your typical neighborhood mom and pop computer store. Expect a limited section and high prices, but they aren't bad if you need something today or need technical guidance or service. I did go there to check out Road Runner as the other reviewer did. I thought it was funny how they wouldn't let me touch the demo computer. I had to suggest sites for them to visit. I remember they showed me DIsney.com, since it's a fairly data-intense site. I ended up subscribing to Road Runner after that, but I probably would have anyway. I was very sad when Comcast came to town and killed off Road Runner.
Hello Readers,First of all, EASYPC fixed laptop problem within 48 hours, and I haven't had a re-occurrence of the BSOD (better known as the "Blue Screen Of Death") since they repaired it on September 24, 2012 (a month ago). The icing on the cake, so to speak, was the great service that I received from everyone there - everyone from the receptionist to the technician (Wesley) was very sweet. They were very nice, honest, and incredibly transparent in regards to answering any questions that I may have had. Most importantly, their price for the repair was very affordable and fair; I paid under $80.At the end of the day ... I am very satisfied, and I know that you will be too.Take my advice, "Go with EASYPC."Goodluck.P.s. Thanks Wesley.
