I would like to recommend this shop to anyone I know who needs to shop for giveaways this coming holiday season. I'm sure that they will enjoy their shopping experience.
Classic case of bait and switch. They should be sued. Chose an Annie Glass dish retailing @$73.00 in the fourth quarter of 2015. Promised to order in January but Bancock claimed they never had a $73.00 dish.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. You are greeted when you walk in and made to feel comfortable and never embarrassed. You can ask these ladies any questions and they answer you with knowledge and humor that makes you feel comfortable being there and shopping. They are helpful and insightful and they thank you and invite you to come back whether you purchase something or not. It was truly a wonderful and refreshing visit. Oh and the store and parking lot are clean, great lighting, and organized, they have armed security officers (so I feel safe) and nice things in the store. Overall, it was a great experience and I am definitely going back there to shop.

Highly unimpressed by their customer service. My wedding invitations were botched by them 3 different times, and not once did they offer to compensate for their mistakes. If you want some overpriced, yet cute, stationary, this is the place to go. Just don't expect them to treat you like an intelligent person, or make you feel special about your upcoming event.
i have tried to shop her several times and it is futile. the store is very small and is always a complete mess. It is dimly lit. It is not run at all like other TM stores I have been in.
