Less than impressed with my experience with Jo-Ann Fabric. I placed an order a few weeks ago. I got an email a few days ago saying that part of my order is not in stock, so they refunded my money. The other part of my order - still have not seen. I called today and they argued with me that it was delivered. Upon further investigation, they discovered that UPS had damaged it and sent it back to them. They refunded me my money, once again, because I refused to reorder them. Customer service was nice, but the whole experience of getting my packages was awful. Will never place another order with them.
