Just amazing and friendly staff and wonderful room.
The staff was very friendly. Location is a good proximity to downtown where all the action is or midtown from what I was told.
For the price I was more than satisfied, very very close to downtown, it was really clean , it was quiet.
I love the stay overall.
The motel was great. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful
It was a great place for the price and not too far from the places we were visiting.
It looks okay from outside, but the doors were locked to the main door with a doorbell to ring for service. The customer service was nonexistent. I was treated as if I was unimportant and never spoken to. The front desk associate only addressed my fiancé with no interest in giving us two keys or me any. She just looked at him and asked if he would like two and upon entering the seeing our room I was ready to leave, but unfortunately we had had a very little sleep and traveled far. I didn't even want to stay to see this so called breakfast. Outside the "hotel" there was yelling and screaming which affected my sleep as well as the springs in my back and flat pillow. All in all it was the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel. There was also a horrible smell like mold and old smoke. I don't suggest anyone ever goes here. I just wished I checked out the hotel first before ever letting my fiancé book it or perhaps just left even though we were tired and couldn't possibly have drove the distance we needed to go.
One of nicest hotels ever and big!! In the lobby they had ducks come in the morning to the fountain and then at night they have the red carpet out again for the ducks to go back up to the roof where they live. It is just so wonderful to watch.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It felt like something off joy ride when I open the door roaches walk out when they please it's a half headboard old food in the microwave almost made me throw up DONT EVER STAY AT THIS ROOM IF YOI COME TO MEMPHIS TO VISIT..
