Great place to buy discounted stuff. I was helped in all ways by 'KIM', I was on summer avenue for the first time I was looking to buy a mattress I was little short of cash and the lady at the counter was very understanding. She reduced nearly 30$. Also she arranged for a free delivery! That's awesome. Had a look at other stores on the same street, some are clean,(midsouth), some antique(chipndale). But if you need great bargain, this is the best place in Summer avenue. Again, You need a great bargain and stuff or the best staff(u decide!)
Prices are ridiculously high for used, stained, damaged items. You get the items for free, but charge highway robbery prices.
you know I cannot get over the prices you people charge for donated items that cost you nothing. You call yourselves a non profit organization and then charge as much if not more than some stores charge for your items? How is this helping anyone in any community?5years ago i bought a coffee maker the best coffee maker ever a cuisinart and paid 8 dollars for it today that coffee maker died and i needed a new one they wanted 50 dollars for a used coffee maker i mean for real? What about this is non profit may i ask? I really hope that you people lose your shirts for this highway robbery used clothes with stains because they have a designer label they want 30 dollars for a blouse and i saw one as expensive as 75 dollars for a Chico's shirt you got that thing for free where do you find it good to charge that kind of money?
Very rude and horrible customer service.. Bad management at the least! AltOf prices higher than retail. Don't waste your time, try sAlvation army right down the street or goodwill at stage or the one in collierville. Management here could care less about sales. Very rude, close dressing rooms early and the people that work there obviously hate their job. It's BAD!!!
Too bad this store has starting raising prices on anything that is of decent quality. Soon their parking lot will be empty like Salvation Army's. You're a THRIFT store, act like it and don't be so greedy. People who shop here are in need of low priced items, You are not Macy's.
