I bought my 13yr old daughter a pair of Birkenstock Arizonas from Mr. Baumer and later she decided she wanted a pair of Birkenstock milanos for school because at her school sanders must have back strap. Well they didn't stock them in the color she wanted and the factory was out of her size and didn't know when they would make more. So I figured "forget Birkenstocks with strap". Well about a month or so later the phone rang and it was Mr Baumer and he had a pair if we still wanted them. Now that's "old school" customer service. And local also, I'm hooked! He also told me he "resoles" Birkenstocks in house with about a week turnaround. I'll be back.

This store amazes me every time. They are quick to release new designs and the brands are diverse. I will give it a five star rating.

I am 14 years old turning 15 in 2 months i have some experience in working in places because i use to be a volunteer and i felt i should take on a real job this summer so i wanna work somewhere who's the best.

The store manager has no customer service skills, she is so rude I cringe every time I stop in to make my purchase. I really try to wait and shop when she is not there because I love their shoes, my husband wants me to just start shopping online to avoid her rudeness and messing up my day. Fair warning stay clear!
