The evening crew is awful. This is the 3rd time I've been there on this shift, and they totally messed up my order. Today i asked for 2 happy meals, both cheese burgers! When i got to the pick up window, she tried to give me some bodies else order. I had wanted a seeet tea and a sprite. She tried to give me 2 cokes. Then i thought she had corrected the drinks,but when we got home, they had given us a chicken nugget meal, and the sprite was just a cup of water!! Live too far from that McDonald's to drive all the way to have the correction done. Last week i asked for a french vanilla iced coffee and was given a plain cup coffe with whipped cream on top. And he argued me down it was french vanilla. I buy too mamy of them to not know the difference!

I've been living in this area for 3 months and this McD closest restaurant to me. 5x I've been here and it NEVER gets better. Wait for drive thru is easily 20min or more. The inside just overall dirty. Supervisors needs supervision and everyone else just walks around as if they're not sure if they're at work😒 .....food is a 7 out of 10 at best
They have to many kids working but they be playing around getting your order wrong sometime you go thow the drivetu they are very slow some workers have bad addutide....don't reckamend people to go here
10:30pm ordered hot wings and was told they were out of wings for the night. I ordered the 3 piece meal that cost 8.74 when I checked my order it was all dark meat. I told the lady at the window it was dark, her response was that's how it comes, you have to pay extra for white meat, I said that's not shown on the menu, her response was well that's how it it comes. So I pulled up to the drive thru, there were several of them standing around talking, so she said this is my manager right here you want to talk him? He comes and I asked if I could change one of the pieces to white meat. He said I have to charge you 2 dollars more, I said your menu doesn't show that, he said if you want white you have tell us when you place the order, then we charge you extra, so you mean I would $10.74 for a 3 piece that cost 8.74 for one piece of white chicken, he said yes! I then asked for the name of the district manager. I will call and complain, but I'm sure it's not the first time and nothing be done about it, their attitude was cocky and you could tell they didn't care what the customer said because they didn't care. Worst service ever! I will take my business else, there to many place who appreciate their customers and treat them right! I will Never Go There Again!!!!!

Terrible Customer service. They messed up my Order at the drive thru. They refuse to correct my order. They continued to tell me they could not take a new order at the window. I continue to tell them I did not want to place a new order I wanted them to correct my order. The manager soon came to the window and was just as rude as her team. They would not correct my order until I refuse to pull away from the window. Worst experience ever.
Oakland location is very slow in service. The food is cold a lot of time or burnt. They get your order wrong inside/outside
When I Tell You The BURGER was COLD...I will NOT b going back there...
miss loads, never on time, give you incorrect rates and then bill you back additional charges of over $600-$700 that they never even ask for approval on. Super slow on replying to emails, overall unprofessional and you are 100% better off using anyone else... Save yourself the time, the money, and stress.. Move your freight with another company...
