Memphis, TN Econo Auto Painting

I have a white Nissan maxima that was pained back in December and a few weeks later noticed the paint was chipping. I took the car back and they said the warranty would cover it and to bring it in April 2, 2018. Once I took the car back and showed them the paper they gave me to honor my warranty they tried to charge me 181 dollars. Paint quality is terrible. Overspray everywhere. I will never take my business here or recommend anyone.

Another outstanding experience here; on time, great work. I almost dont need to look at the work before leaving because it's never been less than excellent.

Ive been going there for yrs and have never had a bad outcome. Always competent and professional, starting with Mr Brewer.

I can't say enough about my dealings with Philip and Dana. This brother and sister duo go above and beyond in making my experience an excellent one. I have used them once before in a repair that I didn't want t to claim on my insurance. They did just what I needed. This time I was hit on NY Eve, and the car was totaled. They towed my car for me, came within 30 min (at 9 pm) on New Year's Eve, AND the guy who towed it to their shop gave me a lift home! They were so nice and Dana even helped us clean out the car since they totaled it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dana even took pics for me of the car since I was too shaken after the accident to have remembered. She even texted me and kept me updated on what was going on with the insurance. She was awesome and Philip was awesome. They are hard working people, and I refer everyone I know to them. Thanks y'all!

Phil, the owner of Online Paint & Body is great and he does great work!I was recently in a car accident and hit by an uninsured driver. This body shop was referred to me by my longtime mechanic. Not having used him before, I got a quote from him and another place that I used five years ago. Phil's thoroughness and professionalism convinced me to give him a try since he was more thorough in his checking over my car. He's great to work with and my car looks great, especially since it's 15 years old. I am already recommending him to my friends, coworkers and the insurance people who are handling my claim.

Desoto Collision Center on Highway 64 is the worst company I've ever dealt with. My first insurance claim after driving for 20 years and they made the experience a total nightmare. Over 15 visits later and tons of mistakes made by Desoto Collision Center, my car still isn't fixed. As a matter of fact I have more damage than when I started. The entire staff is incompetent and ignorant. I had 4,000 characters typed for this review if that tells you anything but the max limit is 1000. So all I can say is, please do not use this facility. You will regret it. I will take legal matters at this point. What other options do I really have when they refuse to fix their mistakes.

I cannot say enough about the excellent work that these people do. I have used their services for many years from tiny jobs to major jobs. Each experience was wonderful and I truly mean that. You could not tell there had been any work done on my cars by looking and driving. I wouldn't use anyone else ever.

They are amazing....If you are looking for a friendly, inexpensive and caring (yes, caring) body shop��������This is the one....I will NEVER go anywhere else, unless I move (and I may still come back to Bartlett to see them lol)....Try them out, I promise you want regret it....I saw Joey, but I'm sure everyone there is good����.....Friendly, caring and reasonable(cheap), you can't beat it!!!
