Wes, was rude,disrespectful and inappropriate when he came to my house for a repair estimate. If you're a woman needing repairs on your house, make sure you have a man do all the talking to this guy. Decided he had the opportunity to tell a woman off and took it. Stay away,far away from this person and company. I don't know or care if he was pissed at someone else,but, dont bring it to me at my house. Professional...not. Use again... HELL NO!! Recommend...HELL NO!!
Marshall and his crew framed my home when it was constructed and of all the contractors that worked on the project, he did an outstanding job, was very professional, courteous and prompt. When my trim carpenter bailed on me, he stepped in and did the fascia and soffits as well.

My husband and I took both of our cars there for a transmission check and to get the transmission serviced.I noticed that other places like "Goodyear"and "Firestone" do not check the transmission when they do an inspection.However,they (Dunn's) not only checked the transmission,they did a complete inspection of everything on car.They were prompt.,courteous,and professional.They also do more than transmission work. I give them a thumbs up.First Class Service.
By far the worst service I have EVER had! We have a leak in our pool. Howard's has been recommended to us by numerous people as being really good at their work on fiberglass pools. We called him to set up an appointment and right away, without even looking at the pool, he already made assumptions of what the problem was. No problem, except when he arrived to our house to work on the pool he did no other measures to attempt to determine where the leak was coming from. He just based his assumption off of his experiences in the past. He charged us $400 dollars to drain our pool (with cost $100 by itself) to pull our pool light out and put putty around the wiring. When asked if that would fix the problem, he did not know. He said if that is not it then it was the main drain or we will have to take the light out. Which he said he will charge another $400 to come out and put a patch on the light, PLUS another $400 to patch the main drain. Yet he was still unsure if these were the areas where the leaks were coming from. Against my judgement we already paid $400 for something that didn't work and he wants us to pay $800 more for something that MAY work, no thanks! He does not guarantee his work, nor does he really seem to care if there is a solution. My opinion leads that he cares more about taking your money and creating situations to have him keep coming back for more work.

This Is the worst auto body shop in Memphis, TN. Poor customer sevice and they say they use all new parts but they go to the local pull-a-part salvage yard and get out anything they can slap on your vehicle. They give you a date your vehicle will be ready then when you call them on that date, they tell you it's ready but when you get there, your vehicle hasn't even been started on or it's in pieces on the floor. If I could rate this business below terrible I would. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! Caution use at your own risk!!!!!!
Have been a customer for years and have generally had good service, but this summer has been terrible. The good techs have left and the people who replaced them are not up to par. Late, sloppy, rushed, and don't follow basic instructions. Repeat problems with service and repairs. Attempts to reach the company with any problem result in long delays.
Helpful service and generally have what you need in stock. Location is not very convenient, but there service techs are nice and prompt.
