Our company rented a crane from this company on July 6, 2017. The crane operator complained a lot and did not want to drive the crane across a dirt road where the crane needed to be set up at. He finally did and we got the job done. They charged us $205 and hour with a four hour minimum. They were paid for six hours, because the material was late getting to the job. The operator did about one and half hour of work, which was fine with us and we paid him without a problem. I called Industrial Crane back on July 16th and scheduled another crane for July 25th and the salesman told me to call him back when it was closer to the 25th with a definite time that the crane would need to be there. I did just that and he acted as if we never had the conversation and the tentative date scheduled. He told me he had to check his schedule and was rather rude about it and would call me back when he got back from lunch. I was like sir do you not remember our conversation earlier this week? He never called, which was fine, because soon as I hung the phone up I began searching for another company. There is nothing wrong with being up front with a person. If they didn't want our business all he had to do was say that. I scheduled other crews based off of what the salesman told me when I set up the crane and had to reschedule everyone because of the foolishness of this guy. Don't be unprofessional, rude and lie about what you are going to do. This company may have the equipment to get a job done. But in my opinion they lack integrity. I refuse to spend my money with any company who has a negative attitude and is dishonest. Will definitely not call them again.

Very unprofessional company and very bad experience on 10-25-16! Had scheduled a 65 for a job outside collierville th for this morning and had two different crews from two different states show up and industrial crane salesman shows up but without a crane! He and I had discussed being on time and ,of course, with the crane and he informed me that the crane was tied up but could show up after lunch. My crews were costing $200 per hour but he had us over a barrel so we said if that's fine. An hour later he called and said they did not have a crane available to do the job! McGee crane was called and showed up like champs but the extra expense we incurred and the unprofessional behavior of the salesman created a huge amount of ill-will and we will never use industrial Crane again!
