Ditto DRTABBY review. this is same thing that happened to me .i had a MRI done and the results showed sever arthritis in my lower back and this was causing sciatic nerve pains as well as major lower back pain. everything was fine the block shots and my pain med was given to me. then the new girl came in and treated me like i was a pill junkie not a 66 year old who had had 2 complete hip replacements and a left knee complete replacement because of Arthritis . She tried to play God and never did care about my pain or review my history. this is meant for the new girl not the clinic itself.

Upon attending this clinic I realize that my nurse practitioner was someone that I knew and she refused to listen to my problems and also refused to acknowledge my orthopedic referral and problems that I had as well as my nerve problems and try to downgrade my pain as if I was addicted and did not need it.
My first appointment did not go well. I arrived on time to an empty office. Everyone was at lunch. As I waited I listened to phone calls and voice messages being broadcast from their phone. Patients calling with personal info for everyone to hear. (Me-I guess-as I was the only one there) isn't that a violation?The staff started coming in and after a full 35 minutes I was finally spoken to. I had not even been looked at. Very awkward. Finally got to see the director and told him that I should probably find another facility. We worked through that and I stayed. I paid the required fee on every visit until I knew I had exhausted my deductible. At my request the bookkeeper also discovered that I was now probably overpaying. Now,,,, 3 months after my last appointment I've yet to receive a refund check. I've called and called and sent numerous emails to the director. He finally said he could no longer help me that it had gone to the corporate office and I should maybe call them. Today I discovered that my refund as not been processed yet at the local office and of course has not gone to the corporate office either. Really sad to think that no one cared enough to follow through with this, all the while assuring me that they were doing all that they could. I will be happy to get my $$$ back from them and would discourage anyone from using this business.
