Hauled my first load with them and they pay great and on-time. Dispatcher very friendly and will do business again.
Do not use this company!! Had a scheduled delivery in 3 hr window which my wife took time off work to be here for and they did not show up or call. They had my phone # and I had to call them to figure out what was going on. They told me the item was not placd on the truck by accident. Expensive custom chair. They wanted to just reschedule delivery for following day. To make a long story shorter they agreed to deliver the same day but lied and once again in did not show up or call. Called again and they said they could not reach the driver but would keep trying and call me back. No delivery or no calls. This was the worst delivery experience ever. Avoid at all costs!! Zero stars because do not even have the item yet.
new drivers please ask mid south about there extreme agility test.cause if you dont pass the extreme agility test even tho you got a good psp,dac csa,mve & get good past employment review.they will let you go and charge you.for the motel room the physical(they keep the new physcal card even if you passthat part) agility test.then they dont pay for your ride to memphis(diffrence in what the bus fair) & back home.they dont pay the part orientation.even tho they cancel it the first day cause of weather.you just stuck paying for allyour exspence you self.if you dont have deep pockets stay away.there is better out there.
ask about there extreme agility test that 80% of it don't have nothing to do with the trucking industry. even if your psp, dac, csa, mvr & you get good past employment history.and dont pass this extreme agility test.they let you go and charge you for the motel room, travel from home to memphis & back home.they will ripe you off anything to keep from paying you..unless you got DEEP pockets be smart stay away.
Stay away at all costs. I was going to use this company as a last resort when I had issues finding a coach available. After being unresponsive to emails and phone calls for a week or so, I finally get a call from him. He is trying to charge me more than he quoted because of 'shuttling'. I call him out on this since this is not my first time working with a charter company - he proceeds to tell me his phone is breaking up and he will call me right back. I never heard back and he is not responding to any of my phone calls or voicemails - even on his 'emergency line'.
