Good service. Food was horrible and prices are ridiculously high. If your in the downtown Memphis area please go somewhere else to eat!!

Money hungry people ,everything u did cost $2 extra. No prices on menu either. I wouldn't recommend it
My very first time going to the actual restaurant. Food is over price, you don't get a drink with your meal, kids meal is 6.99 plus and the wings are so so so small and they charge extra for everything butter 25 cent ranch 65 cent. Pricing is just horrible. Seem like they just greedy with the money and not satisfying customers. However the staff were nice. The manager has to be new in business because the pricing is ridiculous! Food ok nothing to brag about paying $30 for two meals without a drink
First off we went at lunch time on a Monday. My wife, my 2 year old son, and myself. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table which was fine, I understand. We ordered our food as soon as we sat down and then we waited for an hour and 15 minutes (very difficult to do with our 2 year old with us). The waiter only came by once in that time period of waiting. No refills or anything. The food was no were near what I expected. I got the Crab Cavallo with the Mediterranean potatoes. The crab was not cooked crisp enough and save the extra $1.69 and just get the regular potatoes (wasn't much difference). I would have rather gone to just about any other known breakfast place in Memphis, Tn. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere like Brother Junipers.
I visit Denny's (at this location) at least twice a week, they just can't seem to get it together here, the hostess does not know when she seat someone, she needs to let the waitress know, I sat for 10 minutes before I had to call the telephone where she was standing to ask her to get me a waitress, then I placed my order and when she brought it the food was cold because they can't get the air conditioner fixed where it will cut off properly, I just sent the second bowl back , I don't know why they cannot get this location together properly, who is the owner of this location?
Every time I call they never answer the phone and when I do go up there the service is always slow this is the closest one to me but I'll drive a little further for better service
Pay for my food with my bank card tipped the waitress with cash and my card was charged almost 11 dollars more that my receipt. Such a rip off
Horrible service. It took 15 minutes to bring out our drinks and 30 minutes for food. Dirty dishes where left everywhere and food all over the floor. You could tell that they were very busy but only had three waitresses working the floor and one kept saying she was about to leave and definitely wasn't staying to help. Absolutely horrible!
I called in and food was ready to pick up as promised. Really busy on sunday so I had to wait like 3 minutes to finally pay at the register. But I was satisfied with the food and pick up.
The 1st time I came service was good.I guess it depends on who your server is. The last time service was slow, my drink was slow to get to me and also refills, I kept running out of drinks. My son order the chicken and waffle, they came out cold and they forgot the dipping sauce. It took them over 5 mins to bring anything back. The only reason that I'm not giving them 1 star is they do have a couple of good servers .
