I am looking for a nice place are these apt bade on your income if do I am interested in moving there
First time on here so I'm still playing around, looking, and browsing the page. Thanks sincerely curt
I have lived here going on 3 years and some new owners bought the place. They act like they don't want to confront black people. I was speaking with the white owner she started pointing at the black worker... Lol they speak English...
We have been living there for 4 month.Maintenance is minimum,Apartment was not clean when we moved in.The bathroom need to be redone, there is mold on the dry walls.Carpets could be replaced. The reception hall is very nice & they do a lot for the people.Security is a minimum as well. The comon areas need more attention. The fure Alarm wend off 3 times since we lived ther.To nany young folks going in & out, since they leave the gates open during the day.
There is mold growing on the window seals/panes which can spread to the wall and your curtains. Rain leaks through the windows which causes even more mold. They don't do anything but spray bleach or ask you to spray bleach which is only a temporary fix. Yet, they expect residents to keep the apartment in the same exact condition in which they moved in...unbelievable! They expect the apartment to be in the same exact condition as it was when you moved in. There is a such thing as normal wear and tear, especially when it comes to carpet and cabinets, but that is ignored. During the final walkthru, they write down every little thing because they don't want to give people their security deposit back. I have never referred anyone to these apartments and never will. Stay away from this mold infested apartment complex; however, if you are desperate enough to stay here, take pictures and write down every little nick or mark on a cabinet, the carpet, wall, etc when you do the initial move-in walkthru even if you think it's nothing big or not that noticeable because the complex will keep your security deposit and/or try to have you come out of pocket when you move out! I bet the money they keep from security deposits won't be used for the purposes for which they say they are keeping it and hoping to get over on the next resident hoping they don't document it in their move-in walkthru.
