I catch the 57 as a transfer from the 32 home everyday from my school and quite frankly I don't even know why there's a schedule because it's never on time. Then even when it's already an hour late, they have the slowest driver on duty. Like right now I'm on the bus and she's doing at the most 10 miles/hr. It shouldn't take me 2 hours to get home everyday when it only took 1 hour to get out here. It's ridiculous!!! Things need to change!!! Seriously!!!
Today i came in to submit a new rta due to a fire that i was apart of on september 23 on sept 24 i came in to get a new rta i lost everything my caseworker ms tomeka brown was very helpful but when i come in today a lady at the desk wasnt as helpful really my apt manager was lacking infromation i was told so i sat down and waited while she called her no answer i was told so i left even though i was there to get an inspection date issued i problem i have with the whole issue is im homeless right now trying to get my life back together and this what i have to go through i called the apt manger to info her on my rta she called several times and no one picked up wow so i called and left a message on mrs angela line i hope i can get this resolved by friday so my apt can pass inspection
They don't do their job like they are suppose too and its getting in my last nerves. They don't know how to let u know what's going on with your case. It's just a mess.
