Very good customer service especially after sales. They did an adjustment in the price after sales to cover some cost of some miner repairs which they do not have to do that. I really appreciate that. Highly recommended.
I bought my 2010 Volkswagen cc from Mo, almost two years ago. Completely forgot to come back and review - sorry guys. The experience was positive. I felt that the deal was fair and there was full disclosure. I trusted them and purchased the car which turned out to be one of the best cars I've ever owned. I will look at their inventory the next time I am looking.
This place is THE best place to go car shopping! The gentlemen were very polite and very knowledgeable about their products. We got an amazing deal and the car came clean, with a full tank, and we bought a guaranteed warranty! I would definitely recommend this place!!
Amazing car selection and service!! I recently bought an Audi 2011 in black for the best deal from Moto zone and I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for affordable luxury cars!!
We found a car online & went in to check it out. The guys , Aiman & Mo, both straight forward, nice people to deal with. It's not a big dealership, and in my opinion , no pressure or stress. We ended up not buying a car there but the overall experience was good & they deserve a review. Thank you.
Worst auto body shop I've EVER encountered in my life. Unprofessional and hard to get in contact, no impossible to get in contact with the manager Rob. My car has been there over a month and they have asked the insurance company for additional money twice now. They keep making simple mistake s and the quote had 4 hours of labor. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR OVER A MONTH NOW!
Buyers Beware. You would think after purchasing a vehicle you spend 10k plus on that you would get great customer service and a pretty decent car. But thats not the case you didn't go to Carmax but ended up here. Lets start with bad I purchase the vehicle they told me that I would get a 30 warranty and to let them know what else was wrong with vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop off and on for the first 30 days. And everything was not even fixed. Believe I understand from a business stand point some things can not but replaced new all the time but from a safety standpoint I don't believe in cutting corners. And I took my vehicle back 3 times for the check engine light on. Every time they said they fixed but this last time I took it. I was taking it in becase of other work that was supposed to be completed that wasn't even touched. The engine light is supposed to come on when u turn the key on upon starting and go out after a few seconds would you believe after taking my vehicle somehow the car still runs like crap poor gas mileage but the check engine light is some how not coming on what I believe is the dealer disabled the light bulb in the car that it won't light anymore. So now were breaking the law instead of fixing the problem. My suggestion is to find another car lot to go know telling what else they are not doing.
never but never buy yours car here only sale junk
Horrible experience. Don't shop here. This is how it all started. My girlfriend found a car on craigslist on 4/10/2013. So today, which is 4/12/2013, we went to check the car out. It was a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP. Price was $9788 according to the salesman. His name was Joey G and he needs some serious customer service training. We got directed to him by the person we called from the ad. We got to the car lot and they were very unprofessional. We understand it's a small business but Joey came off as disrespectful. My girlfriend knew her credit score before we got there and she was approved before we got there. The lady that directed us to Joey never relayed any of the information to him. Soon as he finished rambling with another person he got back to us. While my girlfriend was still in the chair, I walked out to get the vin number to do a Carfax myself and I notice that the front bumper wasn't aligned correctly with the hood. So I walked back in to my girlfriend and said "no, this car has been hit in the front and repaired". Joey G insisted that we run her credit before negotiating anything. I said "hold on, at all the other car lots that we have been too previously have negotiated with us before we got to the financial aspects of the deal". He got angry when I said the car has been in an accident to my girlfriend. He asked "who are you and why are you here". I told him "I was her boyfriend and I was there so she wouldn't get screwed". So, he continued to check her credit and said "how much do you plan on putting down?" She said "$3000", even thought she had no intention on buying it after I told her about the misaligned hood and bumper. He basically threw her check stub on the desk and not put it in her hand like she handed it to him. He also had an attitude and tried to hand another paper back to me which he know that I didn't hand to him. The loan would have been for around $6000 and he basically told us the car note would be higher than $250 at 42 months. I am not a math major but I have an associates in applied science and currently enrolled at Southern Illinois University for my Bachelors degree (Automotive Major). I am saying this because I know math. My calculations came out to around $223.96 and that's including a 19% interest rate and 9.25% sales tax and tax title and doc fee. Her credit is subpar because she hasn't had a car loan before and she owed a $298.00 Comcast bill, which is paid now and $98.00 to a book company. It's a scam going on at that car lot, and I warn you not to go. Please look else where! I don't see how they are stil in business with the horrible service they give.
DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES by purchasing your car, which may cost you more when they give you junk services than busying a cheap car. I see myself stupid that I have not checked these reviews; most of reviews are the truth here. I bought a car like three months ago. I still have temporary plate. When I bought the car, I was kind of rushing and I really needed a car on that day. The car had lower miles and was cheaper so it got me to buy it. On the way back on the high way, I felt my wheels moving weird, so I emailed them and told them that situation soon. They never responded back, even though they used to write me back in seconds when I was looking for a car. Is this a good thing to do to customers? ignoring people after they got thousands of dollars? well, maybe that is how business people are. After three months, LICENSE PLATE is not here. I called them, and they said 'oh we will send you next week.' A week later, nothing happened. so I called them again and they did not clearly talked but HANG UP on me. I do not judge them, however, I never recommend you to buy from here if you are smart enough. They do look very very nice, in the beginning, though.
