Urgent Care in Melbourne, FL

I once used this location due to shoulder pain, When the very rude technician placed me in the MRI, she put the volume on the headphones extremely high and explained that it might be a bit uncomfortable since the fan in the unit was broken. I opted out of the MRI. My last interaction with this clinic involved seeing a physician and having him tell me I would need a referral. They told me the office they referred me to would be calling me. That was two weeks ago. There are too many choices in this area to continue to support this place. Terrible customer service.

Dr. Kishore is the worst dr. I,ve ever had , if your appointment is say at one , the dr.will get there at 3.00 if your lucky just tell everyone to come in at the same time and draw names from a hat.they had a great dr. Doctor Dr priyadarshi.he left I see why what a joke 1 out of 10

Good dr one best that Medicaid has nice and caring the staff little unfriendly it few of them not all but it worth going for the dr just ignore the rude staff and go one that are good too you

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT CARE FOR 15 YEARS SEEING THE BADOLATO FAMILY WITH MY BOYS WITH MANY ISSUES IN THERE LIVES. THEY WERE VERY FOCUS KEEPING ME CALM AS A MOTHER! ON TARGET!!! GRATIFULL FOR ALL DOCTORS.MAY GOD BLESS YOU EVERY DAY FOR UPMOST CARE

Being to new Melbourne and having not yet established a family doctor, I found the need to seek medical care at Premier Urgent care multiple time in the last couple of months for my chronic sinus infections. I went yesterday 1/16/14 for the 4th time since October. When I arrived there was no one else waiting to be seen, After about 20 minutes other people starting arriving. I sat in the lobby while they took 3 other people back. I keep asking why and finally (an hour later) I was told it was because they recheck everyone's insurance at the beginning of the each new year. BCBS was having trouble with their site and they were waiting on an approval. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and my insurance was fine. I do understand procedures, but considering the fact that I was just there and had been there 4 times in a few months, I would have appreciated that at the very least they had communicated the source of the hold up with me. They seemed mad at me for asking what the problem was. Once I expressed my dissatisfaction for not being informed what was going EVERYONE was rude and short with me, from the front desk, the check-out, the nurse and even the doctor. I have found a new family doctor that I will be seeing later this month, but if any urgent needs come in the future I will NOT be returning here. I finally left nearly two hours later even though I was the one and only patient when I arrived. There is nothing urgent about this clinic and they certainly lacked care and respect for me.
