Sadly I find that I must revise my original review. I will not be returning to Tiffany’s Nail Spa. I have had so many problems with the owner Jimmy’s work. 1st problem - he filed my nails so short that there was really no point in even having them. 2nd problem – he made all of my nails very uneven, the difference from hand to hand was drastic. So even after all of this I went back because the pedicures are FANTASTIC and the location is PERFECT for me. I needed a new set and Jimmy up-sold me to get the colored tips. I was hesitant but he insisted I would love them. Within 2 days 3 had shattered. Within 2 weeks I had been in the salon 6 times. I was told by both of his brother-in-laws that they were sure that Jimmy would replace them at no-charge or at a greatly reduced rate. However I had to wait for Jimmy to get this done and he is not in the shop often “per the other employees”. After two weeks of attending sales meeting with broken nails and attempting to hind my hands because they looked so bad, I finally get in see Jimmy. He put a whole new set of nails on my hands (two weeks after receiving a new set) and preceeded to charge me the for the full new set but gave me a $5.00 discount.The new set was just as bad and has now been replaced as well! I guess he felt that he deserved it for his time. My time lost for the 6 times that I had to go back in 2 weeks didn’t matter. Jimmy told me the colored tips that he 1st put on my nails were shattering because he had left them in the sun and because they were old. I guess I am the fool here for giving him so many chances, but there were so many other things that I liked about this nail spa. I would go back for my pedicures but I think I would just feel too uncomfortable. I am writing this to prevent others from going to a salon where they don’t stand behind their product or their work. Update - 8 out of 10 of the nails of last full set all lifted within 5 days and 2 fell off with in one week. When I went in to discuss I was met with a BAD attitude, and I was informed by someone that I know that was there that they spoke badly of me after I left! Bottom line - Find another salon for your nails, I did!
Worst pedicure ever, seriously! The man who worked on me made it very clear that he was not happy. The fact that they had overbooked, I'm sure, was part of his bad attitude, but I had made an appointment so that was not my problem...at least it should not have been. Avoid this place!!!
The salon is very clean. Professional services are served from wonderful technicians.Happy happy and friendly peoples!!!Highly recommend and definitely coming back!
I specifically asked if they do NexGen nails when I arrived at this salon and was told they do. However, they only used one single product that was labeled NexGen on my nails. NexGen has four steps in bottles and then the base coat and color. I asked when he was putting the gel base powder on my fingers why it wasn't NexGen he said it was just the base. Then I noticed the powder color wasn't NexGen either. And as for the polish in the bottles they only used 2 steps instead of 4 and only one was actually NexGen product. I said that they should not be advertising they do NexGen nails when they aren't using all of their products. The man pretended he didn't hear me. Also anyone who knows how to do NexGen nails knows that you soak off the old nails with a cotton ball wrapped in foil, but this place drills all the way down to your nails. The whole point of NexGen like SNS is little to no drilling but this place clearly has not received or done their research on proper application techniques. I won't be back. They should watch a YouTube video on the proper way to put this stuff on.
Horrible! I was charged for a service that I was never asked about. I went there for a simple French mani pedi. Got involved in a conversation with another customer and before you knew it, they charged me double. Apparently they gave me a gel coat. I was never asked. $77 later- you get the picture. There's no disputing it either because all of a sudden they don't speak English!
Excellent service, the customer is always right. Consistent, every girl does the same job the same way, and they're standard are high, been going there 7+ years. Fair prices, brand new massage chairs and top notch sanitizers and cleanliness measures!
Please watch what is really taken off your credit cards. I was screwed of of $4. It is not the amount but the principal.I signed for $20 and had $5 left on it. I went back to double check and it said only $20. I called the gift card and the really took $24 off of it.
Went in today, for a fill, change of toe polish and it was the worst experience EVER. Sloppy, Paid for GEL polish and the color I got looks nothing like the sample I picked. Plus the guy said he had a match for the nails and toes, the toes are almost black, 58.00 ?! Ripped off. I was a good customer but will NOT be returning.... ONE WEEK LATER THEY ALSO SCREWED UP MY NAILS. WITHIN 2 DAYS, THE "GEL" STARTED CHIPPING BY ITSELF, AND THE IDIOT WHO DID THE FILL LEFT SPACES SO WATER WAS GETTING UNDER. HAD TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE GEL SET! SMH
Had my eyebrows tattooed here. Did a good job and was couteous. I'l go back for a touch-up (it's almost a year later).
Sonny's only care about making money. A week ago I got my nails done with the advise of one of their nail technician paid 50 bucks 2 days later one broke paid 2 bucks to get it repaired another 2 days 2 more including the same one that previously broke, broke again, I had them re-do my nails and was charged 35 bucks not even a discount, and in less than a week all this happened... All they care about is making money, forget customer satisfaction, forget customer loyalty, let's just screw over our customers to get that money is their motto... I will never spend money at that nail salon again. Very dissatisfied customer.
