Great service!! We rarely talk with our technician because we are pleased with our service and not because he doesn't interact with us.

My specialist always does a great job! This past summer the blooms on my shrubs and trees were beautiful!! It was the most blooms I have ever had!!

My lawn looks healthy and weed free, the specialist arrives on time and is friendly. Any problems, I can call the office and it is taken care of.

Adam Cliffe is a very dedicated professional technician, Adam represents the Trugreen team well. I feel all aspects of the service and the team are great, very friendly folks. I would say cost wise the prices are about the same as other companies offering the same services.

I Have never had a problem with my lawn because of TRUGREENS service. The specialists have often offered me suggestions and advice on how to treat the care manner of my care. If I suspect a problem, they explain what it is and what to do about it. And they always make the appointed time as scheduled. That is why I have used TRUGREENS services for many years.

Specialist rang doorbell, explained what he would do and left report with details on lawn condition when done.

Our lawn tech John V is outstanding! He answers any questions and has done a great job with our lawn. We only wish there had been a before picture to compare with our present lawn. What a difference!

They weren't upfront about what their service would cover. We didn't find that out until later. We paid for a whole year for them to take care of our lawn thinking that would cover everything.



However, every time there was a problem with our lawn, they would told us that we need to spend more on their additional services. It made us felt like the basic service we paid did nothing.
