Squid Lips

My husband and I went to squid lips by recommendation. I ordered a burger and he ordered a Cuban WITHOUT mustard. The meal arrived and his sandwich was smothered in mustard. He sent it back and was told 4 minutes. Well 4 minutes turned to 20. He was told the sandwiches came pre assembled and they are making his from scratch. It finally came and was smaller than the original. He was told they doubled the meat. After a few bites, he again tasted mustard. When he took the sandwich apart, there was mustard. Apparently they took the old sandwich and put the halves with little mustard together thinking he would not taste it. The waiter CRAIG LIED! My husband was disgusted by then and just sent it back. He didn't pay for it, but he didn't eat lunch either. We will not be back!

My girlfriend and I went to eat there in March 2015. We ordered fried calamari and the seared tuna as appetizers, found them to be just OK, small portions and could have been tastier. We had the red fish for dinner, was a little tastier but food could generally be improved. The free coconut/pineapple bread was delicious though served with real butter. Nice spacious restaurant with a beautiful view on the river. Staff was friendly and professional.

Terrible Service, Terrible Experience. This is a get drunk listen to music kind of place. Not somewhere to eat with your family.

Have eaten here many times. Usually we go for happy hour ('til 6) peel-and-eat shrimp, a cold beer or wine (discounts until 7 currently) + smoked fish dip and maybe oysters. All delicious. Oysters have been large! I love the fish dip. Calamari was good and conch fritters were just as expected. We love the inside/outside tiki bar but you can find a charming restaurant, ruatic cozy bar, tiki bar, outside bar, even seats bayside in the sand. Check for entertainment. This is at Pineapple and Eau Gallie. very popular with locals

We have always gone to the bar for seafood. Happy our shrimp + beer and wine specials with great fish dip. Choose rustic inside bar, tiki bar partly open or outside waterfront bar. Full menu and complete restaurant, too. I find this relaxing. A few times I had to wait for the server to come back

Food was to salty.. Services was slow.

I have been here many times. I enjoy sitting out in the chairs by the water. The atmosphere is cheerful and fun. I usually always get the conch fritters and seared Tuna. OMG...they are to die for. I hear the raw oysters are really good, but I don't eat those. LOL Any time I have visitors from another state, we always find ourselves there enjoying a cold beverage and putting our feet in the sand. The service is friendly and fast. Since building the outside deck, there is more room to enjoy the beautiful weather while laughing with friends.

Dined here Sunday around lunch time. Service was prompt and food served hot. Menu items were ho hum, no big deal. Would be good for family dining if you're looking for burgers and such.
