I have been having a lot of trouble with my Samsung dishwasher. Every time I call for a repair it takes over a week to get the technician to the house and they always have to order parts. This requires us to have to reschedule for another week. Obviously the two parts he ordered didn't fix the problem. The technician obviously did not check to see if that fixed the problem. The first time I went to use it the same problem occurred. I would actually like for them to send a repair technician who can fix the problem.
On my first call I was asked to do things to fix the problem myself. I m eighty years old and was asked to open parts of the microwave and clean out dust. I had to climb on a chair to do this.
I was unsuccessful in doing anything to fix the problem. I was given an appointment for June 9th. the serviceman cam and I was told that the part had to be ordered.
I was given another appointment for June 19th. the part was sent to my home. The repairman replaced the part and the microwave worked off and on until today June 23rd. The microwave is still doing the same thing again. I cannot depend on it to work at all.
I called and now I have to wait another week to have someone come and try to fix it again.
The servicemen were prompt, polite and seemed to be knowledgeable. I believe that they are not allowed to work on my microwave until it is completely repaired. They are required to do the least they can do and get done quickly. They also do not have the supplies they need so I am the one who has to be inconvenienced and without my microwave for this long period of time. If this is how Sears has decided to run their repair work, why wood I want to hire them to cover the repairs on my entire house?
