I took my son to see this Dentist because he was having pain in a tooth that he had recently had a root canal in by his dentist. I though it a good idea to get an opinion from a specialist but Dr. Burns conferred with my son's dentist and already had his mind made up that there was nothing wrong with his tooth. He never looked at the x-rays, when he hurriedly tapped on his teeth and he said yes when he tapped on the painful tooth he ignored him and tried to put words in his mouth saying he said no when he tapped on his painful tooth. He rushed my son out of the office saying he had an attitude when it was Dr. Burns that had the attitude. Several weeks later, after much suffering I took him to a real dentist who found out that the root canal was done improperly and there was still live abscessed material in the tooth.

I went in to have a tooth pulled because it had started to cause me pain. I was in the back, in a chair and they Dentist had already gave me the shots to numb my mouth. As I was laying there waiting on the Dentist to come back in the lady from the financing department came in and told me after my insurance pays I still owe $200 for my visit. I had to pay right then or the would have to reschedule me. I would think that they would have figured that out before they gave me the painful shot to the roof of my mouth, they had my insurance information since the day before my appointment. I had to leave without getting my tooth pulled (still in pain) as I did not have the cash available to me at that time. I would never go back there!

I was so happy with this doctor!!!! His office was immaculate, staff was soooooo sweet and professional, and the doctor was great. I didn't feel a thing and it was over so quickly. I definately got my money's worth going to him. I will recommend his office to everyone!!!!
