I went in and found the employees rude and pushy. Very snobby as well. I took my business elsewhere.
To all my local friends..dont buy lights from House of Lights in Melbourne. Purchased mine before Christmas, promised 2 week delivery, heard excuses delayed because of holidays. A month later when they finally arrived one was bent and rusted. We didnt know that until we got it home because according to the manager they would have "to hire another person if they opened boxes shipped directly from the manufacturer". SAY WHAT? Well its now February and after unreturned calls I finally get the manager who said Ill have to call you back when our warehouse person gets in (guess its not in his job description to open boxes). Low and behold this time they at least called back and guess what my second shipment is also bent and rusted. So much for 2 week delivery and what ever happened to customer service.
