Tried to cheat me on a new 2019 Ram at US1 location and then 2 months later at the Palm Bay Rd. used lot. MAKE SURE you get ALL NUMBERS upfront, they will try to screw you at the closing table. ALWAYS beware!

Even with a 10:15 appointment, I waited over an hour for a ride back to my house. Replacing just the right side exhaust manifold, they had my truck for nearly 8 hours, unacceptable. Previous recall work to flash the computer memory, with an appointment, 3 hours. I can flash my laptop memory in less than ten minutes
They only have a one Bay oil change too. It's not worth the wait.
I had to call and bug them for a status on parts ordered, which they claim was delivered to them but not correctly received into inventory, thus I waited two weeks longer

I really do not want to do an overall rating. I bought a Jeep from Gator and six days later they had to put a new transmission in. I have had nothing but problems with it since. Brought it back today and of course nothing is wrong. It still rolls back and forth when I put it in park on a flat level. They had the car 10 hours and could not mimic it. It probably sat there all day and checked for 1 minute. I would not buy another car from them!!!!!

Just stay away, too many issues to list. $90 to stand back from the car and say, yup, I bet a rock hit your ac condenser, that's a $1000 , we do 10 a day!, pay the cashier.




One star is being very generous for these creeps with no souls! The 5 star reviews have got to be fake from Gator employees. I bought an 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder from them. I am a cancer patient with very little money. The cost was too good to be true... and it was. They sell cars "as is" so once it leaves the lot it's yours. They will do nothing for you. I asked flat out "what's wrong with it?" Their description was a perfect car. I fond out the first time it rained the roof leaks so bad you can literally fill cups of water. The floorboard floods. When we went to change a fuse we could see the undercarriage was rusted. They refused to do anything to help knowing I couldn't afford a new roof. They lied to my face with a smile and extremely fake compassion. I called the Gator owner 3 times and he refused to answer my calls. He had the manager at the PB store call me and say the owner would not deal with any issues in Palm Bay. He owns it but knows it's crap! They also took my current car which was a 01 Mercury Sable with a crack in the air condenser so big the freon leaked out within a week of adding, a cracked block, and a dented front fender. I was honest and up front with what was wrong and still got $1500 for it. My car was on their lot within days after a good detailing freon add and fixing nothing. I feel sorry for whoever bought it. Don't ever trust these people!

Have bought from this store as well as the Nasa location. Both places are excellent. I like this store because of their quick oil change, in and out with no appointment.

Bought vehicles here for 10 years or more. Always got a good deal, Service is really good too. A nice bunch of people. to deal with.



Bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Chero...

Bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, like new, awesome. Got a good price and was treated very well by everybody from the salesperson all the way through the finance lady.. There was no pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend Gator!

Ibought a 2005 Scion from the Gator used car lot on Palm Bay Road, because I thought they are reputable, I WAS WRONG!!!!!
I made 1 payment to the bank and the transmission went out, $2100.00
I called the manager to see if they could at least split it with me and was told no they could put a junkyard transmission in it for about $600.00 with no guarantee.
If this was the last place to buy a vehicle I would rather walk!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor take your business elsewhere. Talk about petty operators. If you insist on going anyway, all I can say is don't believe anything they tell you. They take 'buyer beware' to a new leve

Worst Car Dealership

Bought a used car with warranty from Sunshine Dodge in Jan 2008. Sunshine kept car a week to cleanup and repaint hood., said they guaranteed the paint on hood or would repaint for us. 5 months later hood is peeling 2Ft x 2Ft and Sunshine Dodge said We would have to Pay for repainting(Big Bucks). Needless to
say I would not have bought a car from them had I known this is how they treat their customers!
