Coverage Pro Insurance

In July 2015:
I stumbled onto CoveragePro when I bought an inexpensive house for my daughter. Natalie Alfaro was my first contact and was very proactive. It was impressed enough to also give them my personal home insurance and auto insurance within a few weeks. To date, when I have had a need, the team has quickly responded, advised me of my options, and implemented what I needed to do with a few doc signings via email. It has been convenient and effective for me.

In March 2017:
I work for a small company with ~120 employees and 4 offices around the US, with multiple insurances per each location. In March, the FL insurer requoted at $6000 more than last year and the Maine insurer advised they would be cancelling our insurance in May. Mark Filichia consolidated our insurances into one large package and was able to implement our full package of insurance before the cancellation in May. We ADDED Cyber-Insurance but the insurance for us was LESS than the individual insurances we had for our four offices. This was an incredible feat and a huge relief.

In September 2017:
Hurricane Irma hit our Palm Bay office. The roof ACs had been blown off their stands and the roof was leaking. I called CoveragePro the day after the storm. Despite their office's storm issues (power out), they still called me back, found my policy and advised me of my options. A week later, we decided to file a claim, they directed us to call the insurer's hotline, but asked to be kept in the loop so they could provide support. When the adjuster came Saturday 9/23, Mark Filichia came (early) to asses and then meet the adjuster as well. He provided answers to the adjuster that I didn't know. This is the kind of support our company needs.

Throughout the entire period, CoveragePro reached back to me regarding my homes/office, check in on items, update records, provide insight, etc.

Overall - I've been impressed with CoveragePro. I cannot thank them enough for their support through IRMA.
