Advocates for the Aging

I cannot speak to how they are with their clients, however, an equal part of the job is to pay the expenses in a TIMELY manner.
As one who frequently has to cover for a payee because Advocates for the Aging REFUSES to send check on time and REFUSES to let payee pick up the check, I would not recommend this company.
When the payee dared to request picking up check bc payee has bills due on the 1st, the unprofessional spite shown in withholding checks, making sure payee does not get them until after the 5th, and even as late as the 24th, is just malicious, juvenile and despicable!
Anybody can write flowery words saying how wonderful they are and how much they care trying to get your money. Its called advertising and people make a fortune writing these "ads." But their actions show complete lack of integrity.
They also do not allow honest reviews on their site but must "approve" all reviews.

I have had several dealing with this company. I personally feel that they do not have their clients best interests at heart. They are too busy forcing people into ALFs and not giving them a voice as to whether or not they truly want to be there. I have heard several negative remarks concerning how people are unprofessional when interacting with their clients as well. I do not recommend then at all. Take your business and loved ones elsewhere.
