After their service, I feel like The Spa King! Here’s what happened: my great uncle passed away and left me a little sumnsumn. Well, I’d had my eye on a spa for a while, and I decided to finally get one. The only problem was my wife wasn’t sold on the deal since she heard they are known to “have issues.” After convincing her to just stop by Spa King, she was almost more excited than I was. The prices and service are unbeatable, and we always have someone ready to help us if something goes wrong. I’m actually writing this review in my spa, but that’s keeping me from enjoying my beverage. Bottom line: they’ll take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Cheers to the Spa Kings!

Spa King came through HUGE for me. I was worried about having room for a tub and I didn’t have much to spend. Lucky for me, they worked with me on both aspects. I’m very pleased with my new tub! (Writing this from my tub)😁!
bought my spa in may of 2015 first year seal goes out and they send someone to replace it they totally break corners of the cabinet few months later they send replacements the pump goes again they send there guys out to replace it summer of 2016 now summer on 2017 1 yr later pump goes again I understand the spa has a 2 yr warranty but the pump should of had its own warranty I email them I get a reply that it may be air locked already checked for that let them know that no reply basically I wasn't going to get any help with this or a warranty on the pump so now today I have a Local spa dealer at my house replacing the motor because its bad again. spa king wants to sell you a spa but beware if there's problems they don't want to fix or solve the issues, and if you do get lucky enough to get it fixed or replaced takes weeks to get someone out to your house to fix it. I wasn't thinking when I bought my spa that I was buying a yard ornament.
Got our spa delivered on 6/12/2017. Ordered on 4/22/2017. When we ordered it we selected a gray cabinet next day we went in and told Bruce to change it to the brown cabinet. He said no problem it would come in the brown cabinet. When It arrived it was the gray cabinet. Installer called the store and said they would swap it out by mid July. Will update once they follow through and make the cabinet correct. They corrected the cabinet 7/13/2017 very pleased thank you
This business is a disaster never do anything with these people. We ordered a hot tub back on February 13 told a 4-5 week delivery time Finally got a call in beginning of April told the hot tub would be in April 7 and they had no problem installing it that Sunday April 9. Well Sunday came and went without even a call. We called the store for the next few days getting answering machine[like they were screening our calls!] Never to get a call back from nice guy Bruce!! Finally had to call American Express to get my money back which they did. I've had 2 surgeries in the last 6 months and that hot tub would have helped greatly instead the aggravation and the fact I had paid up front really bothered me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BPEOPLE
My wife and I were looking for a affordable spa, we went to The Spa King in Melbourne, Fl where we seen many great priced hot tubs. after working with Jim and he arranged everything and we received our new spa the next day. now we're enjoying it. thanks spa king
This review is based on the customer service received from Bruce and NOT the service call. The service call which was performed by "Pete" was great although $150 per hour is a bit outrageous. I had a burnt up board to the Heater that needed to be replaced. All the of phone calls and visits leading up to this simple and quick repair WAS SO AWFUL I feel compelled to warn others!!!The story....I had a handle that broke off to the fountain in my Envoy Hot Springs Spa. I took the broken handle and a photo of the receptacle it came off of to Bruce at the store on New Haven. He ordered the part for me and was NOT going to give me a receipt for it but I insisted SINCE he seems to forget a lot. I was in the store months earlier to order a simple jet and he never called me back...EVER. Thank god I got a receipt.....long story short it took several phone calls and reminders to get him to order the part. Long story short...the part he ordered for me took A MONTH to get in AND IT WAS THE WRONG PART! And that's after several phone calls to "remind" him....and he even gave me an attitude when I demanded a tracking number because I couldn't understand why UPS would take 3 weeks to ship. And when I did get the tracking number (again...several phone calls to get that) I looked it up and it had just shipped....not shipped on the date he told me (as I suspected). The service guy, Pete, said I only needed a 2 dollar part....which I could have put on myself easily and not have had to pay the $150/hour. Guess how many phone calls it took to get THAT part?? UGH!! And again...he told me UPS shipped it out on a Saturday from with the same town...and a week later I don't get it? So again...I demanded a tracking number....never heard back from him of course. Then...this young girl in her own beat up personal vehicle comes to my house and shoves something in one of my flower pots. I know this because I have surveillance cameras. I look in the flower pot and GUESS WHAT?? My part! So just for giggles I call back Bruce for the tracking number from UPS for my handle that HE SAID shipped last Saturday and he dances around the answer but then tells me he had "someone" drop it off and it's in one of my flower pots. NOW...it was a good thing I called him because...you guessed it....he would have SLIPPED HIS MIND AGAIN! The only thing good that came out of the simple $2 dollar part replacement is the fact that while waiting for the "wrong part" to come in...my heater stopped working. I demanded to speak directly to the service guy (which took several phone calls AGAIN for Bruce to remember to have him call me) and told him what was happening. He brought the replacement part and fixed it on the spot. I will NEVER step inside that store again. This guy should NOT be in business.
I gave this business a 1 to 2 totally because of customer service. All calls are taken but you will be soaked with expenses should any repairs be needed. This business is more about making sales than preserving customers. Follow-up on warranty issues are TERRIBLE.
Very good Hot Tub but very expensive,I owned one for 12 years, when it breaks parts are outrageous.I was considering buying another one but when I called the store to see if they would remove my old one they were not very nice and wanted to charge me $350, I think I will go with Jacuzzi this time
