This company is extremely anti-homeowner. They create a ton of new charges in the community and don't bother to tell the homeowners. I found out about one when I refinanced my house. They tacked $175 on my closing that I only found out about from the title company at closing. The title company told me Bella Vita Property Management had the highest fees they had ever seen.Bella Vita refuses to uphold covenants when reported with video evidence, but generate tons of violations on trivial issues. They get get paid by the violation, so I guess it is more lucrative to write up 100 violations for faded mailbox paint than to convince certain BOD members to control their dogs.My reward for complaining about the dogs was that I got written up for a cat not on a leash. When I asked them to describe the cat, they could not. They just said they thought one of the feral cats in the area was mine. When I had a drainage problem in my yard, I was forced to make a $1500 repair, which I did. The BOD Vice President did not like the repair professionally done by the county and landscape company, so he repeatedly dams the drainage at the property line. Bella Vita now refuses to enforce drainage violations clearly described in the covenants and enforced on me.We have paid over $32,000 for this service over 3 years, plus all their adhoc charges.

I've been redirected, misdirected and no one seems to know or care about my problem. I would love to have some answers or at least know someone is looking into my situation. After a week of inquiries... Nothing. This company in unprofessional and I would completely avoid them if possible.
