I have been a sprint customer x 15 years. I bought a Fitbit on Black Friday and then realized they had a Fitbit bundle package at another store which was what my daughter actually wanted so i decided to bring it back. I checked the receipt and it stated return back to the original store within 28 days. The store manager refused to take it back in the original package untouched in any way with the original receipt and original card it was charged on. He quoted the policy for accessories. First the receipt didn't say a Fitbit is an accessory nor does it state a return policy on accessories. When we spoke he adamantly refused to take it back due to the fourteen day policy. I went outside and called Sprint customer service who then had me go back in the store and i had to wait every bit of 30 minutes for them to speak to the manager who then refused to take it back again. i asked him what happens to all the people who received "accessories" purchased for Christmas but were bought on Black Friday that need to be returned. His response 12/26 is a nightmare. Really??? i said ....knowing this I want to bring the i watch i bought on that day back now because what would happen if it did not work on 12/25. Its not a phone either so i guess i would be just out of luck then. Then he proceeded to tell me "well" "oh because its a high dollar item I would return that"....so I said "Really"???? then that's like prejudice against anything but an "i" product....I just don't understand.......then he was pretty much speechless......wow...just wow...Could there be any worse customer service on earth may I ask??? At the end of the day I spent more time trying to return this product that I probably burned more calories than my daughter ever would have using it for weight loss....buy nothing from these guys because they don't care one day beyond the day they get the commission for it....not one day.........ps encountered a whole room of people saying how sheisty they are while waiting through this 1.5 hour process.......from broken promises to miss quotes and then some.........Brenda C.....i had to give a star rating to save this so picked 1...should be a minus zero........
I have been a Sprint customer for 17 years and was a Nextel customer prior to that.With that being said, I will NEVER go back to this Sprint location ever again. The staff is rude and lazy. I went in with a mechanical issue on my iphone 6plus. The screen would not open and I was ultimately unable to use the phone. The staff there (I will not mention names) handed me a card with the 800 number on it and told me to call customer service for the insurance repair line. When I got home and called, the operator asked me if the screen was shattered/water damage/lost or stolen/ ALL THE ANSWERS WERE NO. She informed me that this is the only way she is able to help me was if any of these issues apply. NONE OF THEM DID. So there I was back to square one. I took my business to another Sprint store in town and had respect, kindness and RESULTS immediately. On other locations, I stopped in this same W. Melbourne store to get a new screen protector THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. The same employee failed to mention ALL THREE TIMES that these protectors are under a lifetime warranty and will be replaced free of charge. $40 per screen protector 3 times. You do the math. Unacceptable and shady and I will never give another penny to this store.
these guys are the best at what they do! i called them when i locked myself out of my house and they got here in less than 5 minutes. maybe it's just luck, but i was still amazed!! thanks a lot!
This place is pretty awesome. They did great service on my bike. All the mechanics are cool, very nice. Got an awesome deal. Would definitely go there again.
go the other way. worst service ever. they do not call you to give you an update on your bike. they do not return phone calls when you leave messages. they leave your bike outside to sit in the weather with no concern. they absolutely define terrible service. i will never in my life bring my bike there again not even to get a jump start. and if you are not going to have someone's bike done on time, call them and tell them. i'm about to go to the BBB if they do not have my bike done this week. they already have my $$$$$
I was very pleased at how quickly Tow Co. responded to my call. I had called other tow companies, & they told me it would be 3 hours. I called Tow Co, & they came right away. Even better, they had given me the lowest quote, too. I was very pleased with the service, they were very courteous, & i'll call Tow Co. from now on.
First of all Rich was 60 days over his 30 Day Warranty. Second I offered to split the repair cost with him even though he was over his warranty.
