Dusty's Appliance Repair is the biggest waste of money & time I have spent the last 3 months. I bought a high efficiency washer from them the middle of January and the person who deliverd it, didn't run a whole cycle to make sure washer worked. When I tried doing an actual load of laundry, found the wather was broken. Took them 3 weeks to get me a loaner washer and pick the broken one up. NOW it has been another 2 months and I am TRYING to get my original washer back, and have been told each of the last 3 days that it would be deliverd the NEXT day. I stopped by the "store" on my lunch break today, owner not there and the people who are there, don't know where my washer is. I have to get this place a "star rating" to put up my review, so I HAVE to pick a one star...in reality, it would be a -10 star rating.

STAY AWAY...Found these guys on craigslist...first they told me they opened at 9 am and then when I got down there I had to call and they said 10 am....so sat around for an hr..they were in a shady part of town..That should have been my 1st clue..I was purchasing a stove and fridge for my best friend who her husband is disabled, sick and not expected to live long...I specifically told them to please make sure the stove and fridge works..I paid 450.00 for both used items and honestly if I had the time I could have gotten a scratch n dent new one for less..I was coming from out of town and they said it would take 4 days to deliver locally to my friends house...They did deliver 4 Days later...But the next day my friend calls me upset and says the 2 front burners dont work and she keeps getting zapped every time she opens the stove or touches the top of the stove..I tried calling right away, no answer, I called again that same day to talk to Dusty hes the one I dealt with, stiIll no answer..I finally texted him and he said he was out of town for 4 days...and there was nothing he could do...that day came, where he should have been back, yet still no call..so I called again , no answer..I texted again and apparantly his wife at the store texted back and said he was out of town still and wont be back for another couple of days., BUT YET SHE WAS TEXTING ME BACK ON HIS CELL PHONE..HMMMMMM...meanwhile my friend can't use the stove for her sick husband...Nobody cared, I finally get a call a week later saying they were gonna go to my friends house and check it out, see why she keeps getting zapped and if they cant fix it send an electrician which we wold have to pay $45.00 I said absolutely not...please swap out the stove, please bring a replacement stove...she said that's not the way it works...they will check it out 1st..waste more time..so I got upset started yelling and said I would go to small claims court...the wife hangs up on me...and that's where the story ends...So my friend is stuck with a stove she cannot use...I live 2 hrs away and wrk all the time..spent wasted money and the poor sick man hasn't had a cooked meal...Nice people huh...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE .They only care about a quick buck..HAVE NO CST SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL, AND MOST OF THEIR APLLIANCES LOOKED BAD.. AND I READ OTHER REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME THING...WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS 1ST, BUT I NEVER HAVE TIME CAUSE I'M ALWAYS WORKING...
I was in a bind since my only refrigerator quit unexpectedly. The freezer portion still worked, but I was about to lose all the food in my fridge. I stopped into Dusty's during my lunch hour, picked out a gorgeous french door refrigerator and they delivered it that same afternoon! The price was reasonable, the fridge works great and I was blown away by the quick delivery service!
Great response-diagnosed probable issue and made sure they hard parts before servicing my Samsung dryer. Worked around my schedule to provide appointment. Showed up on time and shared information about repair, including showing us bad part that needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend.
Roth was scheduled by HomeDepote to repair my Samsung icemaker. Night before they were suppose to comel, I called to comfirm reservation. I was told it would be at least two weeks before they could sent a tech out. Worst company ever!
Horrible experience like those before me. Untimely delivery, broken promises, charged for something that was included in the price, no return calls, no follow ups, they need anger management, she acts like she is writing what he tells her but who knows, stood up twice at the house. I would not trust that hot head couple if you paid me. Also they insisted on cash....then they cant find the paperwork...after a complete kitchen and laundry room was replaced. Horrible office skills...bought appliances towards the end of August 2017...called within 30 days no reply.... took advantage of two disabled family members and one Senior. Yes not happy. They honestly need to get out of town and start all over. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THEM. You are waisting money on them in the long run. My refrigerator needed a promised part and my dryer needs to be fixed. They love that cash.
They ordered parts for my LG refrigerator it took a few weeks then came out I think Ralf is the serviceman's name for Roth's he was quiet at first but then I was asking him about the refrigerator and he was very knowledgeable and professional he did a great job. My experience with him and Roth's was excellent. However I found out the LG model I have has a lot of compressor problems mine is just under two years old thank god I bought the extra warranty. LG should recall them and replace the cheap compressor's at their expense. I spent a lot of money on this refrigerator not to have it break down within two years.
Had my freezer serviced yesterday. Diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely call this company again as the service was wonderful.
We have worked with this company for over three years. They service our primary home and our rental home. The technician, John, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of our questions and gives us guidance on brands and models of all appliances. He goes above and beyond the normal service that we have received from other companies in the past. We are extremely pleased and would recommend them highly.
