Not very knowledgeable or curious and now they don't stock anything if you need something for an emergency. Will be looking for a new vendor. one star might be too high
Always have a great experience at the Medina Store. Couldn't ask for better service. Convenience of having a store not in a mall is very important for me. I have mobility issues that aren't readily apparent but have a major impact on my shopping ability. Although I've never mentioned this, everyone always offers to take bags to my car. Lol, I guess they think I'm ancient not ill...but it's really the kindness that's appreciated.

Rude cashiers unless you go on the weekend. They act like it is a burden to wait on you. No smiles, no small talk, just not nice. My wife and I prefer driving a little farther to go to Brunswick where cashiers are always friendly.
