I used to go to this branch all the time but with the tellers they have working there in the evening and the way I was first ignored while she chit chatted with the other teller and then totally dismissed what I asked her to do and brushed me off like she had better things to do. Yep won't go back there which is a shame bc it is very convenient. It's already hard enough to find a PNC Bank in Medina that's nearby. Perhaps it's time to move my money.

I'm a Private Client customer and have not been contacted by the VP of JP Morgan regarding our investment portfolio from this branch in 3 years. Not one word of advice or change in strategy change in over 3 years, yet the economic client and world events have changed. Shouldn't my investments adjust to new opportunities? Private Client was represented to us that you are given a little extra attention with special programs or incentives to use Chase and JP Morgan, and that your business is valued. Certainly not the case. Just another bank with employees going through the motions without any sense of responsibility. Tellers are very nice, pleasant, but really a disconnect beyond cashing checks. I'm changing financial institutions but felt compelled to publish what JP Morgan/Chase considers their version of financial planning. You are on your own once you sign up and their isn't any advantage to any of their "expertise in investing" if they do not communicate with you. When your money matters, this isn't a place you can trust to keep your nest egg working for you and your family.
Unprofessional, Rude, I am leaving Huntingtin bank because Amy Condi refused to provide banking assistance, because her lunch was late. she should not have even called me into her cubicle if she had no intention of helping me. she didn't even care enough to bring up my account on her computer. when I said I was going to close all my Huntington accounts Amy replied "good I can help you with that" I left the bank location and have changed all my direct deposits to US BANK and am now on my way back to Huntington to close all my accounts.
