Started doing business here with Ali, his brother and father many years ago. In the last year Abdul was added and the place is a waste of time. Said they fixed my phone with a new part but in three days it broke the same way. Them Abdul said it was a virus and needed another $39.99 fix. Don't waste your time there.
FRAUDULENT! DECEPTIVE! SHADY! I bubbled wrap all my items and then pay for UPS Store to fill the box with peanut packing and paid for additional insurance as SUGGESTED and RECOMMENDED by employees. Well unfortunately 1 of the 2 items in my packaged arrived broken. I filed an insurance claim on only the ONE item. I was told by the manager after she verified that I purchased insurance and packing that once pictures are received that I should receive payment of claim. After 4-5 weeks of "investigation" I was told my claim was denied because I did not purchase UPS Boxes or UPS full service packing. When I questioned the purpose of purchasing insurance as recommended, I was told it only applies when you purchase all items from UPS.IF this is not already a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, it should be soon. TRAIN your employees to inform the customer unless they purchase all of UPS labeled items and services, insurance claims will NOT be honored. Employees currently fraudulently will tell customers they need insurance. The employees will NOT tell customers they need to buy all UPS labeled boxes and services.I shipped another replacement item to my customer within days after I was informed the original had broken in transit with UPS. I had believed and trusted that UPS would operate with more integrity than what it has thus far. I have paid double shipping and less profit of two items.

VERONICA OKAFOR IS RUDE! I came in today to return an ATT modem and battery. When I handed it to her, she partically threw the modem on the scale. I asked since she scanned the barcode on the modem, to please scan the barcode on the battery as well because I want to make sure I have proof of the items I returned. With an attitude Veronica said, "On the receipt I put YES for accessories being returned." So I let those two things go. Then she asked me to sign on the keypad. The keypad stated something along the lines of, please sign below to authorize the charges. So I asked Veronica, "Am I going to be charge for returning the equipment since ATT stated they pay for all charges when equipment is being returned." She rudely replied, "Well, DOES IT SAY YOU WILL GET CHARGE ON THE KEYPAD?" Because of Veronica, I will never ever go back to that store location again. NEVER! I called corporate at 800-789-4623 and filed a complaint. I was told they will be giving the store a call. She was at store # 0566. Address located at 2437 Bay Area Blvd. Houston TX 77058. Store phone # 281-486-0095. DON'T EVER GO HERE AND IF YOU DO, HAVE SOMEONE OTHER THAN VERONICA TO HELP YOU!
