They were very helpful getting me and my kids into a place. Although they expect me to pay my rent on time but when it comes to work orders it can take them months, two more work orders and couple phone calls to even respond to them. Still have yet to have anyone come fix my deadbolt, carbon monoxide detector, and water heater after doing first work order back in August. I had my dishwasher looked at by technician and that was it. With my water heater going bad it's either do my dishes by hand and not have enough warm water for my kids to take shower or have my kids take warm shower and wait hours to do my dishes. Very frustrating especially after raising my rent.
If you rent from CPM, consider getting cameras installed. CPM employees/contractors apparently feel comfortable entering a dwelling without permission or notification.
STAY AWAY. Piss poor customer service. Piss poor communication. Dealt with these jokers on multiple occasions same results every time

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless electronic help. It is nice to be able to go into a business and actually have a face to face conversation. It gives me a bit of hope when a company like CPM actually goes above and beyond the Call of Duty and provides excellent customer service.Thank you CPM for your continued support in the rental business and charitable contributions to our local organizations. I'm an out of state property owner, and Quality Property Management has managed my Oregon property (22 units) for over 6 years. I've found them to be fair, responsive, organized and reasonable with both owners and residents. In fact, they're excellent. Yes, they won't put up with deadbeats who don't pay their rent or meet their other obligations. But they also fight for residents to ensure that the rented units are properly maintained to a correct standard. I have the repair bills, and have personally seen the improvements to prove it!QPM really has their act together. They are clearly the best in the business in the Rogue Valley area.
I have rented from this company for about 6 years. I was evicted because I lost my job and could not pay my rent. During the court proceedings, Mr. Rood (the owner) was compassionate and understood my situation: I had just found a new job that paid me a lot less than my previous job and I could not afford my place anymore. In mediation, me and the landlord worked out a deal that I would move asap, and waived some of the money I owed. I tried to move but no other property Management company would rent to me because of a past felony, and the eviction on my record. I sat down with the owner of QPM, explained my troubles, and he worked with me to get me into a place that I could afford that they manage. They gave me a second chance when no one else would. I am grateful for their compassion and they helped me turn things around in my life.
