Is Dr. Cunningham still there?! She isn't on the website! She is by far the BEST veterinarian we have been to in the valley. We love her!!! She is so nice and knowledgeable; I couldn't be happier with my experience with her. She was great with both my babies, who both needed surgeries. They are so happy and healthy! And she encouraged me to keep them healthy by keeping them up-to-date on their heartworm prevention and teeth cleanings. I really hope she still works there because I can't imagine seeing anyone else!

Sickening. Brought my cat in with symptoms of bladder infection, and they said her bladder was empty, therefore didn't take a urine sample. Sent me away with three days of pain medicine. My cat's symptoms resumed, and 10 days later I called and asked for liquid Clavamox to treat her with. They refused to do it, before doing many more tests. I am a disabled woman with under poverty income and they knew that. I didn't have the funds to do extensive testing like she wanted to do. The vet was rude and impatient, and showed no compassion in this field of animal care. Hurt me badly. Now instead of treating her bladder infection as she is in a lot of pain, I have to give her up or put her down. I told them this, but they refused to help. What is the matter with Medford? I came from California, and what a marked difference form veterinarian care. Medford seems to cultivate greedy veterinarians who have lost the sensitivity and care and need for animals and pets and people in a tough world. They want money and will only do what they can do to make more money. No mercy for the poor.

My experience with this hospital was a very positive experience, I took my cat in and saw Dr. Harder, He was very informative and listed to my concerns. they continued to call me to see how he was doing, I highly recommend Dr. Harder and this hospital to care for your pets. This is the most caring and compassionate place to go.

My personal experiance with this office was a positive one. I was new to town, had not yat found a vet when my old dog got sick. I called around to several other offices. They were able to get me and my old boy in right then. Doctor Harder and the staff were very caring and compassionate towards me and my boy. Doctor Harder even called me the next day to see if my dog was feeling better. I was very pleased with ny visit there and will continue bring my pets there. I would definetly recommend bring your pets to them.

I had such a wonderful experie...

I had such a wonderful experience at Jackson Animal Hospital. They took great care of my pet, and took as much time as they needed so that all of my questions we're answered throughly. I also REALLY appriciated the first free exam for new clinets. It meant a lot to me to recieve a follow up call after my visit and then a welcome card a few days later in the mail. That shows me that they really care about my pet and pets in general. I would highly reccomend VCA Jackson Animal Hospital to all that really love and care about their pets!

It is troubling to see a review such as Sharon R's. VCA Jackson Animal Hospital strives to provide the best, most compassionate care available. Having practiced for 23 years, I certainly understand that the loss of a beloved family member is clearly a difficult and traumatic time. I do not know the specifics of Sharon R's situation, but would be happy to discuss it with her at any time. Providing clear explanations to help an owner through such a difficult time is always my goal, and also providing options relating to proper diagnosis and care are always part of any such conversation. I have always felt veterinary medicine is about serving the needs of people and their pets, and I take my responsibilities to heart. I know what my intentions are, and how my core beliefs and ethics translate to my professional conduct. Again, I am troubled to ever hear of any misperception by anyone, but I realize grief can leave a very bitter mark. My sympathies go out to SR. David C Harder DVM
