When Jerry Weston came to Triple A RV Center in 1976 his vision was to create a dealership that was highly professional, employee friendly and focused on making the customers experience the best if could be. For nearly 20 years, Triple A RV Center was located in both Grants Pass and Medford. In 1997, the vision came true. A totally new dealership designed specifically for RVs was created in Medford. From the beginning, the new store has proven to be an example of what the RV public should expect. We have earned many awards including Circle of Excellence from both Fleetwood and Winnebago, recognition from Newmar Corp. and our most prized RVDA's Western Regional Dealer of the Year Award.

Overall
Poor service at the service department

This dealership must be making an awful lot of money. I asked for parts in early August to simple items. I called again in September. The item still weren't there and they didn't have an order for me. I called again on September 20 the parts are not even anywhere to be found. I do not have an order there now. I've been to many dealerships and service departments over the years and this is by far the worst I have ever been to

Overall
Horrible Communication by the ...

Horrible Communication by the sales department. Parts department did not have any of the 3 basic items we wanted. Keystone Cops comes to mind.



I would not send my friends to them!!!
