DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! If I could leave negative stars, I would. I simply took my to Pampered Pet to have my dog bathed. Thats it. I told Kevin (PP employee) that my dog needed a bath. He is a Goldendoodle puppy and has very sensitive hair that is not to be trimmed until he is at least 6 months old. I ONLY wanted my dog to have a bath. Not to do any trimming of hair, nails, nothing. Kevin said he could clean up around my dogs eyes and I specifically told Kevin "No Thank you, my dog has very long eyes lashes and did not want to risk accidentally cutting them." Kevin called me an hour later and I walked in to get my dog. I burst into tears. He had shaved my dogs face! Including completely shaving off all of the lashes on one side, almost down to nothing. When I asked Kevin "WHAT THE HECK" he did. He told me that "the eye lashes would grow back in 30 days." I was beyond mad... and sad... and mad!!!!!!! He literally shaved all the way down to the skin between my dogs eyes and under them. I have no idea what he was thinking.
I have no words right now except TAKE YOUR DOG SOMEWHERE ELSE. It is not worth it.

I HAVE TAKEN MY SHIH TZU ZOEY TO PAMPERED PETS 1 TIME AND SHE IS GETTING READY TO MAKE HER SECOND VISIT. THE YOUNG MAN THAT OWNS IT IS VERY NICE AND YOU CAN TELL THAT HE LOVES ANIMALS AN WHAT HE DOES. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON ZOEY.

My Goldendoodle loves it here! We took him to a couple of other groomers in town, and he was not comfortable, and wanted to get out of the building. He likes to go into the Pampered Pup, and likes the people there. He always looks great when he comes out too!

I have no idea why someone would give it 1 star, and not tell us why. A competitor? One of the other groomers I went to did talk trash about this place.

Oh, the website link? It's for a groomer in North Carolina, not Oregon! The Pampered Pup in Medford does not have a website.

Pleased with Pampered Pup!

Well, I know the other reviews are a few years old, but to say the place is garish and an eye-sore in the conservative town? It is just a purple and yellow building, near another purple buildiing, around the corner from a 7-11! Conservative town? Not in 2011!

Anyway, I took my goldendoodle to Pampered Pup to get him bathed, nails done, and a complete trim, including a lot of face work. He seemed very happy and came away with a cute Christmas bandana. The lady was friendly and talked to me a lot about what she would do.

His last time was at another place (across the street from Pampered Pet, near Safeway, the groomer in the petstore!) and I don't believe they did a thing but bathe him. They didn't use his prescription shampoo, I could tell by the smell. They didn't cut his nails, or do his ears. I only wanted a bath, nails, ears and feet trimmed. His feet looked untouched. And they charged me more.

Anyway, I took my Goldendoodle to another place (in a pet store, near Safeway, you can figure out which one) and I don't believe they did a thing to him. He didn't smell like his prescription shampoo I brought for them to use. His nails looked untrimmed, and his feet didn't look any different. He was just getting a bath, feet trimming, nail clipping, ear (inside) done. He was clean, and soft and fluffy. But, not anything else.
