Best Friends Animal Hospital Of East Medford

We recently took our dog Mercedes there for an emergency and were very worried about her. Our experience was AMAZING! Our dog loved everyone that worked there and they kept telling us the same about our dog. Dr. Poet was amazing and really treated our pets health as a priority and you can tell he really cares about his pet patients and wants to help them have healthy lives. We are very thankful for him and his team at Best Friends for taking care of our little girl Mercedes. We are soon moving 4 hours away but will always drive down because we love Best Friends animal hospital so much!

The vet is nice. he doesn't talk down like some other vets do. The staff is nice and friendly except for one. There is an older woman at the front desk who smells of cigarette smoke and body odor. She also has to keep asking the same question over and over. She is really not a good choice to have greeting the customer. The place seems to be nice and clean. Prices very reasonable.
