I moved to Oregon recently i've had In N Out tons of times but never at this location. My husband and I went yesterday . service was super fast and everyone seemed very professional up until I got our food. My burger was super cold the cheese wasn't even melted and our fries were super old we asked for new stuff and told the young man we would pull around and wait. he seemed super irritated we even asked. We got our food and left something didn't taste right in my burger and well today I have full blown food poisoning it's safe to say something wasn't right.
Ariel was very friendly, helpful. Pleasant employee to represent Wendy's. These prices are competitive with other fast food chains.
Food ok but employees are really friendly and accommodating. Good value for a pit stop off I-5. Order through car hop or menu board on the patio. No inside seating.
We heard so much about in n out. We were totally disappointed. The burgers are sloppy and it has the worst fries I have ever eaten. I think the burgers are more to do with the person making it. But the fries will never be the best.
OMG, road trip for in-n-out, i am californian that misses these burgers
Mgr is rude. Employees constant mistakes.
The best burger in Medford ! No one close, fresh and lots of flavor.
I use to go here a lot, because I live right next door, never again, the most unfriendliest place I've ever ate,and the food isn't even that good.I've had burgers twice that were not cooked all the way, asked for no salt on my fries and they wouldn't accomidate, and there isn't one nice person there except the manager, but he I'd never there.one girl who is really tall with dark hair, shouldn't have a job dealing with customers because she is rood ALL the time EVERYTIME,so,from eating there twice to three times a week,to never again..seriously.
25 minute wait for cold food wilted lettuce soggy bun with undercooked cold onion rings never ever going to Dairy Queen again their food is garbage my meal should have been thrown away and it cost $10
I use to work there as a manager from before they started the 24 hour drive thru thru the time they stopped it. The reason was we did not make enough money during the night to pay for labor etc and make a profit
