NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK ME UP FROM AIRPORT! Called to ask where to meet them and they had no idea what was going on and said they were running a little late, kept calling every 20 minutes and still nothing. THRY NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK ME UP AND INWAS STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT OVER AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. Made arrangements over A WEEK prior. They made me wait 3 and half hours for them and they still never showed up. I had to take a taxi home and pay double! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR SERVICE EVER! THEY DIDN'T CARE & DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR WHAT WAS GOING ON. DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO GIVE AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT OR MONEY BACK. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a wonderful experience with the company. Booked them for a business trip from Babylon to JFK and they were a few minutes early, and the driver was kind. Clean sedan too. Simple, and easy. Would Recommend!
This company has no regard for their customers. I am a 60 y/o woman who recently had a very early flight out of Islip. Winston was supposed to pick me up at 4:15 A.M. When they didn't show, I called only to find that my driver was having car troubles and their brilliant suggestion was to call a CAB!!! REALLY? At that super early hour, you can only imagine what came to fetch me. The cab was filthy, there was a drunken man already in the back seat and the driver was so over-tired, he swerved all the way to the airport. I will never, repeat NEVER, call on Winston again. When I contacted them after ward to speak of the event, all they had to say was that the car needed a new battery and starter. Would they not have known about this problem prior? Do they not run safety checks on their vehicles? I guess not! Their lack of customer service is appalling, their excuses more than lame and they should be ashamed of the laughable quality of their 'so-called' service.
