I have been using Enterprise for the past 16 years and I had the worse experience ever last week. I place a reservation with Enterprise a week before I needed the rental to insure I will have a rental to get to and from work as well as run errands after work. I dropped my car off at the Collision Center and called them to come pick me up and they came with a truck. They said they had no cars available at the present time and they are working on getting cars within an hour or two. They said take this truck and we will call you when we have a midsize car for you and we can just trade out the truck for the car. I went on went to run my errands and handle stuff I needed to take care. My fiancé and I aren't use to riding around in a truck. It's a nice truck but, it was hard to get in and out of, hard to park in the parking decks downtown, and it burned way to much gas. I called them to check the status on getting a car they said they had nothing. I even stopped by there a few times and they said they have nothing. I had that truck from Wednesday until Monday. I even spoke with the manager and he didn't do anything to assist me or my fiancé. It was the worst experience ever. I will be looking to use another rental company in the future. I tried to give them another chance but, this is it. If you are looking for rental company in this area please goto Hertz it's only a few miles from the Enterprise location.
