Verizon is TERRIBLE

Verizon is HORRIBLE, their packages are outrageously expensive! I am moving and had to de-activate my internet, and they're charging me 100 dollars to have it removed two weeks before my contract ends. This is assonine! I won't be LIVING IN THE SAME PLACE so why would I continue the SERVICE??!!!! Also, they are leaving a big ugly tan box in my apartment that's a foot and a half long attached to the wall for the new tenant to have to stare at!!! Such LAZINESS is demented for a company of this size!! This company is absolutely RIDICULOUS and I will NEVER use anything Verizon in the future. PERIOD.

Tiffany the service employee lies about the service plan upgrades to earn a larger commission check. Her manager Brian allows the deception to occur. Save yourself the time and visit another verizon store...these employees aren't worth their paychecks. Hopefully verizon will get smart and close the store or replace the employees. But that also requires verizon to implement customer service.
