I would suggest anyone considering taking their pet to this location to read ALL reviews and take them into consideration prior to EVER going to this place! They did surgery on our dane. They did not handle post operative care correctly. Their actions directly contributing to a number of side affects new complications and further suffering. These side affects were brought to their attention by my wife and myself. The vet's response, "It will naturally pass."Our dane suffers for another day and a half at home prior to me having to take him back. I was told by different vet who saw him that the cause of his problems was he had been given to much fluid and the symptoms were evident of that. He would have to be readmitted. Lady comes in and says we owe them another couple thousand on top of the $5,000 I already paid for the surgery. I said you guys caused this. She said, "No its something totally different if you want us to treat him you will have to pay!" At that second they had a law suit coming their way if they didn't correct this. Received other vets options. They all agreed that his post operative condition was made possible by Rosmoynes negligent care.I returned a call that I had made to the hospital administrator. Upon answering the phone he says make this quick I only have two minutes. Now this guy had returned a call of mine and asked me to call him back if I wished to discuss it! I said well lets make a time when we can discuss this without time restraints. His response, "If you think you are getting any type of refund this is going to be a short phone call." I had never spoken to this guy before and this is how he speaks to people? He was rude, cocky and unprofessional. We will be pursuing immediate legal action. Maybe he will have 2 minutes for that?

Avoid Dr. Potter! She only wanted to euthanize our dog, who has totally been saved by a specialist.
The staff was always pleasant and understanding. They were very patient with us on the treatment of our best friend Abby. She was suddenly in so much pain and they told us she had very bad arthritis down her spine and what were likely cancerous nodules in her lungs. They gave us our options and when we decided to try medication to ease her pain in her spine they supported us 100%. They were there for us in the middle of the night when we finally had to let her go. I would take my dog there anytime they had trauma. Thank you for being there and for being sensitive to the worst decisions we have to make for our loved pets (children).
