I can always find what I need at a reasonable price and I never pay for gas anymore since using gift cards that I purchase at Get Go for Home Depot

LG Junk. Five or six years ago I purchased a LG two door refrigerator from Home Depot. It came with the door scratched up so much the delivery folks said they would take it back but it would be two or three weeks until I would get a replacement. He also said that the store at the top of rt. 19 and 322 was a warranty station and would get me a new door. I decided to keep it and try and get the new door. When I called Flicks the service manager was about as ignorant as could be. I was new in the area told him that and really new little about dealers in the area. I was in the process of building a new house. He told me to take it back to Home Depot even if Flicks was the warranty station.

I had to go out of town and just let in ride for a few days. When I got back my new hardwood floor in the kitchen had an inch or more of water on it. The connection in the door for the icemaker and the water spigot was not connected inside the door and the water had filled up the door and then leaked all over the floor. The delivery person and his partner, Home Depot employees, are the one's that hooked up the water. I called Home Depot and they would not accept responsibility for the LG and the ruined floor, and told me to contact LG. I had pictures taken and sent them along with a letter. They never responded. I called them and after being tossed from one person to another they said to take it up with Home Depot. I told them what Home Depot said and they said they would consider it. These conversations went back and forth and the result was that no one took responsibility, neither LG or Home Depot. I can tell you that after several conversations the LG was pushed into my yard and I told HD to pick it up.

Apparently Meadville Home Depot is not interested in repeat customers. What bothered me the most was that I had purchased all of my hardwood flooring, 2000 square feet. marble for the bathrooms and thousands of dollars of other building supplies and even a few tools from them.

Now I make it a point to buy nearly everything else I need elsewhere.

I gave them one star because they can't be rated O.
