Looking for a job can be stressful even under the best of circumstances, let alone in this job market. Compound this with the desire to work in a hard-to-crack sector and it's bordering on terrifying.Even with all of this in mind, M-Ploy Temporaries, Inc. came through for me. They actually paid attention to the direction I wanted to steer my career in and to what I was looking for in a workplace. The result was not a good, but a great temp match! Not only this, but they pulled it off in less than two days’ time. I had the opportunity to work with both Michael Vargo and Joe Teeter. I found both of them to be not only attentive, but also excited for me when a great opportunity arose. If you're looking for temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct-hire help, hands-down, this is the place to go.
Great company to work with. They helped me get a job. I had been signed up with all the agencies in the area and call them all on a regular basis. I had over 15 years experience in the Administrative area with excellent computer, data entry, typing, and accounting experience, however, never had return calls from other agencies. M-Ploy Temporaries, Inc. actually tested me, called me on jobs, and found me the job that was best fitted for me. I have been promoted 3 times in the last 4 years and am very happy with my placement! Thank you Michael! I will always send you people looking for work and our company will call you when they have an employment need!
This company definitely knows what they are doing. They pay close attention to details with what companies are looking for in an employee. They match just the right employee to the job you have open. I have worked with this company for over 20 years and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Michael Vargo is definiely and assett to this company.
I cannot say I recommend this branch because Michael is rude to his employees, you should really be a professional if you intend to run a company such as this.
Is Michael still there? If so, it's a shame. The women who were there before him ran things efficiently. I heard he lied to the big boss in Erie just to squirm himself into managing the office. I don't trust him one bit.
