We recently joined family video, after moving to the area this last year for my husband's job at the hospital. We were very disappointed when our 5 year old, special needs son needed to use the restroom, and we were told we couldn't take him; that there were no restrooms in the building. I asked if there was any restroom at all, and the girl at the desk said no. A lady behind us in the line seemed shocked and told us that she has used the restroom in there numerous times before. So, we took our son outside, in the snow, and as we were walking out the door, he began wetting himself. It was very embarassing, and not to mention, wet and cold for him. So, I had him finish going on the side of the building. We never rented the 4 movies that night, and haven't returned. They've lost our business, the girl was rude and smirking at my disabled son, and we were late to our son's bday party because we had to go home to change his clothing. Awful night. And surprised at this lack in customer service.
