They made my mother cry.... Im writing this review on her behalf because she is too kindhearted to do it herself. My parents have been longstanding, loyal customers with Weber-Harris for many years - 3 cars as well as completing maintenance work there. It all started when she was lied to about her extended warranty being expired (she still had several years left) and needed to make a decision to pay for the repairs or trade-in the 2011 Ford Focus. After being lied to and manipulated, my mother ended up paying for the repair from the value of the trade-in. So she bought the car, drove off the lot to her house 2.2 miles away. Now, if you know Meadville in the winter, it can get a bit snowy and icy. She couldn't get up the driveway in a Ford Escape. She went back to the dealership and asked why she wasn't informed about the tires being summer tires. They proceeded to tell her that she could have negotiated tires in with the new contract but it was too late and would need to buy a whole new set. After CRYING and being too overwhelmed that they wouldn't work with her, she gave up and went to Flynns. I truly could not be more disappointed and saddened by how she was manipulated, lied to, and taken advantage of. You will not be receiving our services again and we will make sure to spread the word of how customers are not your first priority. You should be ashamed of yourselves. *buyer be aware*
My wife, Janice, and I had a very enjoyable experience at Weber-Harris in Meadville when we purchased our 2016 Mazda CX-5 on July 26, 2016. Our salesman, Jesse Baden was outstanding...he couldn't have been more genuinely helpful and cooperative. Aside from advocating for us in our negotiations to reach the fair price that we did, Jesse put a lot of extra time and effort in explaining the vehicle's intricacies...and, most of all, he couldn't have been more upbeat in doing so. He's a keeper...and a credit to your organization.
I was there looking for a vehicle and I heard someone say that the very nice young man that was the service manager there is no longer there. And I was told he was very good with the customers .it is a shame that they would get rid of someone that the customers really loved. I hope they don,t loose any customers because of it.
Excellent services for a person who getting there first car! Also they go above and beyond to help you even you have No credit bad credit! They treat you like family!
I used to deal here all the time. But since it was sold it has been going down hill fast. My wife and I went to buy a used car. After 2 hours of not doing a thing we wanted to grab a bite to eat and they had our keys as they were going to evaluate our trade in. We asked for our keys and they decided to bring us a car to have us test drive. They also had the sales guy ride with us. I have never had a worst experience. They wanted me to go get proof of what I make a month. We got back to the dealer ship and got our keys and got out of there. We will not be returning ever. Idiots
Had problems when I bought it and they ended up putting 4 transmissions in it and a transfer case they did take good care of me even after the warranty was up. They did put the 4th transmission in after the warranty was up and did everything to make me a satisfied customer. a++++
Terrible. Say no more. No matter if you are in the worst pinch in your life or not AVOID this dealership with a passion. Terrible does not describe how bad your experience will be...guaranteed. EVERYONE beware.

Worst Experience EVER!!!!!! I Bought a 30000 Truck used there and less than a week after the starter went out. Ok no big deal. Called the dealership and they were going to fix it. SWEET!!! I get a call later on in the day telling me that the truck is fixed and to come pick it up. I drive off the lot and everything is perfect........ I GET A CALL A WEEK LATER SAYING THAT I OWE THEM MONEY!!!!!! I asked them why I wasn't informed before I left the dealership and they didn't have a straight answer. The same day they call me and threaten to take me to the magistrate's office!!!! What A JOKE!!!!!! Worst customer experience EVER!!!! I have had better experience at a buy here pay here place. Unless they fix this mess they have lost a good paying customer for LIFE!
